バスタブに栓が取り付けられて無く，湯をはる事が出来なかった。無線ラン使用可能との事で予約をしたが，宿泊当初２日間電波が弱く使用できなく，帰国一日前にやっとつながり，使用できた。 |

建物は古いものの、部屋は清潔で快適でした。残念なのは一泊で殆ど寝るだけだったので、取り付けのコーヒーメーカーを使うことが出来なかったことくらいです。特に市内観光をしたわけではないのですが、Central Parkにも近いし地下鉄の駅も目の前だし、治安も悪くないので、旅なれた方にはお勧めです。 NYCではこの価格と内容は妥当かと感じました。 |

94th Streetではあるが、地下鉄の96th Street駅の南口から30秒の立地にある便利さがありがたかった。食料品店も地下鉄出口前にある。 朝食サービスがもともと用意されていない。近くに朝食がゆっくりできる店もない。朝は絶食するか、近くの食料品店でパンと水を買い込んで部屋で食べるしかなかった。 |

建物が老朽化しており、エレベーターは壊れそうで、部屋も浴室のタイルがはがれていたりした。清掃は行き届いており、NYにしては手頃な価格で快適な滞在ができた。ヒスパニック系の客が多かったように思う。フロントのスタッフの感じが良かった。 |

Convinient to my relatives, inexpensive compared to other Manhattan hotels. Windows can't be opened - they were sealed shut to support the window air-conditioner. I put a blanket over the radiator to cool the room down. |

The only thing I liked about the hotel was it's location. The hotel is located close to city center and subway. At the end it was a good bargain and we enjoyed our stay there. The room was extremely small and heater was making noise the whole night. I reported it to the reception but they didn't do anything about it. They should do something to room's decoration. If they place a bit smaller bed and a much smaller cupboard and television, then there is enough space available. |

location despite hot heater, room was cold because of severe draft around air-conditioner. no good reading light. on previous stay in same hotel, advertised wireless Internet access was hopeless. |

Very convenient to subway--express lines get you to Times Sq. in 2 stops. Room was fine. Very nice neighborhood. There was no microwave in the room (though there was a fridge). Laundry room, but no easy way to get change or detergent. |

Cable did not have CNN, MSNBC, discovery, or other cable networks that are standard for today. My wife and I were stuck a few evenings before bedtime watching local news programs, which being from out of town, is not entertaining to say the least. TV cable was very substandard and a draw back. |
