Convinient to my relatives, inexpensive compared to other Manhattan hotels. Windows can't be opened - they were sealed shut to support the window air-conditioner. I put a blanket over the radiator to cool the room down. |

The only thing I liked about the hotel was it's location. The hotel is located close to city center and subway. At the end it was a good bargain and we enjoyed our stay there. The room was extremely small and heater was making noise the whole night. I reported it to the reception but they didn't do anything about it. They should do something to room's decoration. If they place a bit smaller bed and a much smaller cupboard and television, then there is enough space available. |

location despite hot heater, room was cold because of severe draft around air-conditioner. no good reading light. on previous stay in same hotel, advertised wireless Internet access was hopeless. |

Very convenient to subway--express lines get you to Times Sq. in 2 stops. Room was fine. Very nice neighborhood. There was no microwave in the room (though there was a fridge). Laundry room, but no easy way to get change or detergent. |

Cable did not have CNN, MSNBC, discovery, or other cable networks that are standard for today. My wife and I were stuck a few evenings before bedtime watching local news programs, which being from out of town, is not entertaining to say the least. TV cable was very substandard and a draw back. |

When I left My comforter was dirty, the hotel lobby smelled foul, the elevator was scary, my toilet wouldn't , and I had no cold water to take a shower in the morning, also I didn't like the location. |

I liked the location very much, not too busy like time square and very easy to move around with subway (which is one block from the hotel). The hotel was clean and met our expectations. It was expensive for what you get but that's how it's in New York hotels. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a simple and clean room for your stay. |

The hotel staff was helpful. The elevators are scary and small. One ice machine for 12 floors and about 30+ rooms per floor. |
