Only next to the subway
I like their cleanliness,
They did not have a waiting lounge for guest who is waiting for a taxi
Accesible train station
clean room ,breakfast ,flexible courteous and overall a pleasant experience .
In comparison to the rest of the staff who were exceptional. One front desk female staff, however, was unapproachable and offered very different customer service from everyone else.
whole the night noise of screeches of the train!!! No parking available!!!
This hotel advertises parking. Only 10 spaces for 65 rooms. Someone hit my cacar trying to park, spaces to small. Staff very indifferent. My room was so small my husband and I had to stand sideways to pass each other. Room was dirty. Guests came in and paid by the hour. Firehouse directly across the street, sirens blaring at night. I will never stay there again.
Near subway so close to Manhattan. Good price for value if you are mostly in the city.
Some cheese for breakfast please!
breakfast was OK..and I stayed at this hotel because i have visited day inn before and was really nice but this one in Brooklyn was a nightmare....
not clean ... sheets and blanket with hole.. fake ad of extra large bed (king bed ) and upon arrival they tell me that the bed is Queen because they do not offer that room type true booking.com, the room had no closet and it was so small it was almost impossible to move...I do not recommend this hote
Got a dirty room had to change room
Ive been going there almost 2 yrs and never had a complaint
Maybe the tv being messed up sometimes and about 3 times ive gotten beds wit holes in the sheet
Staff is not friendly, the room smelled really bad and the carpert was very durty. There is not enough parkings we had to park around the corner of the Hotel on the street.
Parking was very limited for a hotel that size.
the neighborhood price
very audible noise from nearby train tracks made it difficult to sleep
Breakfast was ok
That on my first night my bedding was dirty and workers just dragged their feet
clean, bugless, convient, excellent breakfast spread, diverse neighborhood, helpful staff
tv cable feed volume all over the place, very limited parking, tiny (but certainly adequate) room, worlds slowest elevator, slippery bathtub
Breakfast was great. Quiet room.
Room was small. Not always cleaned thoughly eg. Bath, sink, coffee maker not cleaned daily. There 6 nights but that shouldn't mean shortcuts on housekeeping.
The carpet was half wet from I don't know what(and I don't want to know.) The price was rudicolusly high for the quality of the room. The location was bad.
Le personnel était adorable
On entendait le métro
Location close to subway Wifi included
Windows could not be opened
Very clean, great shower head, good price, efficient elevators, off street parking and decent eateries nearby
limited off street parking, tough to find on street parking
The moment you walk into the lobby there is a bad stench(odor), the rest of the other floors the same bad odor. Carpets in all the hallways in all the floors including the rooms are dirty, stain and smelly, that's besides the constant marijuana smell practically all the time. After check-in when I went to open the door in my room with my spouse I notice there was no lens in the peep-hole, just the hole, where you could see right through. when I notify front desk, they said they would send maintenance up to repair it. A couple of minutes later just when my wife was about to change cloths two female housekeepers just walk in without even knocking, they claim they didn't know the room was occupy. Also they didn't fix the peep-hole properly, so I call front desk to notify what had happen and ask to be move to another room, which they at least oblige. In the other room I notice the same uncomfortability as the first one, very small room, dirty and smelly carpeting. I walk around the room barefoot for a while before I jump into the showers and I notice dirt coming out from under my feet as if I was walking in dirt outside, when I grab one of the face towels to wipe my face there were yellow stain on them (I hate to guest what the stain were). The reception in the cable TV is awful and there is parking for about 10 or 12 cars. If you come in too late at night you might have to park in another block in a neighborhood you are unfamiliar with. The so-call free continental breakfast is the same thing everyday, boil eggs, etc. One night as I was coming into the with my wife, I notice a couple coming out of cab (Taxi) and walked into the hotel ahead of us without any luggage, and as I waited for the elevator I over heard the male ask how much was the fee for one night. When the clerk told him how much it was the male responded he just wanted a couple of hours and ask if that could be arrange at which the clerk said okay and made the price adjustment.
Cleanliness, breakfast and service
T V and channels
This hotel staff members were very friendly. Breakfast was good. The hotel and room was very clean. This hotel is in the heart of many places to east and stores that stay open all night. The train is right there. Literally 2 and a half blocks away. I enjoyed my stay. I will definitely stay again
The cable was extremely basic. I couldn't watch the basketball game or the walking dead. Is mostly news channels. They did have HBO. The wifi is horrible! I couldn't do what I needed to do due to the internet coming and going. They should also invest in a change machine
The room was clean and the price was affordable
Hallways were loud at night. You could here all the doors closing like it was your own door
I stayed for 4 nights. Location is excellent, just 40 45 mins from jfk. Room has all amenities that is reqd. 36 st subway is just 5 mins walk and D, N line takes to Manhattan within 40 mins. Plenty of eateries around....will stay again and recommend
