I had a few personal problems and the staffs were able to help me out. They were really nice and caring. When i first arrived, they gave me a key to a room that could not open. The staff was quick to transfer me to another room. The room was neat, there was a few leftover stuff when previous visitors |

Everything was free, no extra charge for parking or wifi. Close to Knott's Berry Farm. Everything was Great, we will be back for sure. |

We liked the price of the rooms & that since we booked multiple rooms they put us side by side, not all spread out. The people (staff) we talked with were courtious & kind. It wasn't as clean not maintained (broken door knob in one of our rooms) as I'd hoped for & the continental breakfast was not kept well stocked in the mornings. |

Sick on the stairs that had been there a few days, raised my concerns. A long with heavy use of a pungent air freshener. But once in side a very comfortable room. New carpets. Good shower. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. We only stayed two nights, but everything was replenished. Nothing. (I'll let them off the sick on the stairs) |

Very quiet place. Good location. Easy check-in/out. Common areas not well kept. Worn out rubber rugs in hallways. Overly used and worn out rugs in room (would not walk barefooted). |

Nous étions 6 personnes (2 adultes d'une cinquantaine d'années, 2 adultes d'une soixantaine d'années et 2 jeunes filles de 20 ans). Nous avons bien aimé cet hôtel. Propre et calme (chambre reposante). Nous avons bien été accueilli à la réception, la langue anglaise ne nous a pas posée de problème par rapport à un autre hôtel que je ne citerai pas le nom. Chambres au rez-de-chaussée parfaites pour notre shooping. Notre seul regret c'est d'avoir changé d'hôtel pour être + près de disneyland pendant notre séjour. De plus, il y avait la machine à laver ainsi que le sèche linge. La piscine est derrière l'hôtel (discrète pour ceux qui prennent un bain). C'est vachement mieux par rapport aux autres hôtels avec la piscine devant. Non, je n'ai rien à dire concernant cet hôtel, tout était parfait. La prochaine fois, nous reprendrons cet hôtel même s'il faut nous déplacer pour disneyland. |

A szállás jól megközelíthető volt, a kiállítás közelsége egyszerűsítette a közlekedésünket, a környékén nagyon sok látnivaló van. |
