Outside had no curb appeal. Once we arrived they could not find our reservation. People in other rooms were very loud. The tv remote was duct taped as well.
This facility was subpar, there was mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom. We rented a room with two beds and they gave us 2 towels and 1 wash cloth, for 2 women! We asked for extra towels and all they did was replace the used ones. Hard to enjoy your stay with no towels and sharing a washcloth.
Good customer service
This hotel was dirty! The sheets were nasty. They don't like to provide towels or washclothes. If you are booking because of the pool "BIG MISTAKE". They lock the gates to the parking area at a certain time so you have to walk around the building to get in. The hallways smelled of urine! It was just not a good place to stay.
Location to destination
Slugs, spiders, pool not working, bathroom too small, and breakfast not good.
The hotel was outdated, smelly. The parking lot had women ''working'',. Noise all night coming from the parking lot. One step away from ''pay by the hour'' hotel.
I liked absolutely nothing about this establishment.
The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. Chevone displayed an attitude the second my daughter and I walked into the hotel. When we walked in we told her that we had a reservation. She asked us for when and my daughter told her that it was that particular day (July5th). Her response was that she did not have anything. When Chevone stated that she did not have anything in the system my daughter nor I gave her our names to check and see if we were actually in the system. She then rolled her eyes at us as she continued to snack on her food. My daughter and I went back to the car and retrieve the print out that we had from booking.com When we went back into the hotel to show her that we did have a reservation she still had an attitude. Chevone snatched the papers out of my daughter hand, and then asked for my drivers license. Once the hotel staff member had everything she needed she checked the computer system and then said once again that the hotel did not have the reservation. She continued to say that Booking.com for some odd reason did not relay the reservation to the hotel and that was the reason why she was unable to see it. Chevone blamed the third party and said that we were lucky that she still had rooms available. Her attitude still remained the same, and displayed no compassion for me and my family. My family drove 14 hours to be there and chevone did not care. After all of the confusion she offered me and my family a room and then said that we had to pay now. I said to her that I have never heard of paying for the room prior to the stay that the hotels I have been in you pay at the end. She said that at that hotel you must pay first and then you will be able to have the keys. My daughter said to me mom I do not think that makes sense. Chevone went on on to say that if my family and I did not want to stay there we could leave.
location was very close to we needed to go. would like to have been able to use the pool. Looked very nice. Due to the weather rain and horrible weather unable to try it out. Would like to comeback and stay for a weekend and enjoy!
People hanging around the exits smoking with the doors open.
Fair price, close to the race track.
Ran down, needs to be rentivated.
location was perfect for where I was going. reception was perfect. room clean. bed comfortable.
I was witness of a lazy lady Mexican maid, the reception got a call that they didn't have no towel, so the receptionist told the maid and her answer was it's the end of my shift not my problem. but it's typical attitude from them. sorry
we found the room very comfortable and clean.we would stay there again.
We arrived in winter storm condition and hotel shuttle wasn't available from airport. We had to take a taxi. At the time of arrival at the hotel our price for hotel room was reduce to cover cost of taxi. Location very good, close to Lynx commuter train station. Only about 10 mins from uptown by train. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean, towels changed daily, flat screen TV, microwave and mini fridge in room. Complementary daily breakfast. For a budget hotel I am very happy with price and service. Our group stayed there for 6 nights. 5 restaurants, convenience store within 3-5 mins walking distance.
Location. Towels plentiful and clean. Free wifi. Coffee/fridge
Lobby door locked from room hallway at 0530.Had to find a back door to get outside. Isn't this a fire violation?? Hole in wall in rm 109. Wall sockets loose. Hole in carpet. Just felt run down.
It was close to where I needed to go and convient to get to.
A much older hotel, has a mexican resturant infront of the hotel. Don't book off of the photo's, look at google maps and around the area before booking, so you get the real images of where your going to be staying. plus the walls were thin and you could hear people in the next rooms and hallways.
The front desk staff were condescending and not helpful. They locked the lobby at 8pm and not let us in to walk thru or get coffee.
The staff was very rude. My daughter, who stays in town, came with me to check in since we were on our way to dinner. The person at the desk said I would have to pay ten extra dollars for visitors. When I ask for the manager he called and was asked by the person on the other end how old we were because he said the are in there 40's or 30's. I don't understand what our age had to do with anything. Please beware stay somewhere else.
The staff was courtesy and efficient.
Not so much as did not like but disappointed, when was told breakfast. I expected eggs, bacon , sausage, then the other things that would be continental breakfast. But they only had Continental Breakfast
It was a place to lay our heads for the night. Glad booking.com gave a discounted rate as it wasn't worth a penny more.
dirty - not comfortable - smelled of cigarette smoke in our non smoking room - took a long time to check in - wouldn't stay there again but was grateful for a place to rest on our travels
It was dirty, unsafe and the female owner was rude!
