Lobby smelled like a bathroom. Outside environment not safe. Room # not easy to find.
The staff was forceful when they thought you were going to cancel your reservation, and tried to do anything to make you stay. False advertising nothing looked like what's on the site and Smelled.
When I first arrived the room was very nice & clean & big the remote wasn't working for the tv & they sent someone down to my room to fix the problem in 10 minutes.
The only thing I didn't like is they have a policy no visitors after 9 pm if I pay good money for a hotel room. You should be able to have company in your room until midnight . We are grown adults and know how to act as such.
I didnt like the fact that you have free breakfast but you cant take it to your room to eat it you have to stay in the lobby with it ..
the front desk staff was very friendly
the pool was not even filled with water the weekend of July 1st. Quite a let down after a long hot day of driving.
The cleanliness can use some improvement. I smelled cigarettes in a non smoking room. My sheets also did not seem clean.
Pool had not been inspected so it was closed. Water was shooting from the plunger in the shower. Dusty furniture. Refrigerator was caked with ice. Iron was cracked so it wouldn't hold water. Black body hair found on the sheets. Large white spot on the blanket. The room rate on the door was $195 per night and I paid $55 thru booking.com...hummmmmm guess I got what I paid for huh?!
We were able to sleep.
Pool unopened. A bagel is not a hot breakfast.
The price was cheap.
Breakfast. Where were the "hot waffles" as advertised?
right off the main highway
stains on the sheets
Loud, cops coming at night. One night I got 1 hour of sleep because of the cops and wreckers. The worst stay of my life, room smelt bad, no outlets to plug in charger. Bad Bad Bad!!!!!!! Might be cheep, put not worth a penny.
Staff were friendly and helpful
Linens/ electronics need updating
the price was what made me choose it but...
i guess you get what u pay for. the rooms are old and musty smelling. everything needs to be remodeled, painted, thrown out and replaced. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
The overall cleanliness of the room could have been better.
Beds were comfortable.
Dresser was broken, mini fridge was very loud, furnishings were outdated, guests beside and above us were loud, other guests were partying outside late into the evening and staff didn't seem to care at all. We ended up leaving at 1 am to make our 11 hour drive back to Florida as we could get more rest in out vehicle than this hotel room
Too many to comment but poor evening management. No hospitality skills.
It was OK n comfortable
