Friendly workers. Clean rooms over all good place to stay.
The lobby wasn't stroller friendly. No elevator to lead up to the next floor and no ramp for strollers. Also, not a very good breakfast variety.
Insects in bed. Dirty exhust fan. Hair on bathroom floor. Dirty shower. Stains on pillowcases.
there was bugs in our room we stayed in and dead bugs that hadnt been cleaned up when the room was just cleaned before stayed in it
Nothing. Did not want a room that already had a bed bug family staying there. Hallways smelled of smoke. Mold in halways & bathrooms
Staff was not nice at all. They looked at you like you was dirt. Rooms were filthy & not clean at all. Bed had blood on comforter
It wasnt as close to downtown as I thought
Easy to access.
Mold on the walls. Poor shower pressure. Not big breakfast.
Most powerful hotel shower ever! Very clean room. The staff was very courteous and friendly. This hotel is a great value!
Outdated style but in its day I'm sure it was top of the line. Furniture is old but everything is very clean and it was a great value.
Smell, dirty, staff not very concerned, they seemed like it was a daily occurrence that people wanted to leave after seeing the room.
I didn't like the hotel it wasn't clean and they had roaches in the room and the rates we was suppose to get for the rooms was not right and this hotel need to do some up grade
No elevator dark hallways messy room microwave not plugged in and had to movevit to a plug
I liked the fact that it was in a great location. It was close to downtown and shopping.
The rooms smelled like smoke and mildew. The rooms are in need of an upgrade.
The location of the hotel off of I-71 was great to get in and off the freeway. Housekeeping did a good job and they didn't brother me when I ask them for a extra item.
the parking for handicapped person is very poor and the cleanliness of the hotel was also poor.
The room was clean. The bed was comfy. It was close to where the convention was held I was attending. There was a breakfast.
There was no handicapped near the door I was staying near. When I parked at the handicapped spot near the one door, I had to walk down a very long hall. In this hall, I saw a cleaning lady with a cigarette hanging out of her mouth. Although not lit, the hall did smell of smoke. To avoid the long hall, or long walk outside, one handicapped spot could be provided at the pool. Also, a truck was parked in the handicapped parking spaces. Not just one, but, the truck was long, and it took up more than just one.
Good value, pool was nice and cool. Room was updated and clean. Staff was very courteous.
Older tv, there was some mold in the tub.
Convenience, clean friendly
Convenient to restaurants
I fell in the bathroom Wed. Morning. Hurts really bad. I told the front desk person and they acted like it was no big deal. Then tried to say it was my fault. No bar in the shower to grab onto. I'm probably going to er. I'm sending the bill to them.
Breakfast was very poor options. Nothing hot and most sugary pasteries.
The location of the hotel was very convenient to many attractions and events that we attended.
The staff did not practice good personal hygiene, the bathtub was moldy, our bed linens went unmade 2 nights in a row, the continental breakfast choices were mediocre at best, (cereal and mini muffins) and staff spoke little English, which made it hard to communicate and they came across rude.
it was clean and staff was nice
not enough towels and not enough time to swim in pool
Very nasty hotel smell was horrible, our bathroom smelled like urine toilet moved every time u sat on it. The sink look like it was gonna fall in the floor. The covers had burn marks in them. It was the nastiest hotel I've ever stayed in
We were able to change our room. Our second room was better.
Our first room had black mold in the bathroom shower, crumbs on the bed and even though it was non-smoking the entire floor and hallway smelled like smoke. Not worth the money and the location wasn't the best.
Price and availability
My stay wasn't long enough to dislike anything
I liked that it was close to where I needed to be.
First off, the carpet was nasty never walked bare feet on it. The bathroom I didnt even want to stand in the shower had to lay a towel in the tub just to shower. The cleanliness of the room terrible, the beds look like someone just threw the covers over the pillows. There was a male housekeeper who wore street clothes so that sort of justified why the room was less than presentable. I was so embarrassed that I reserved this room, the friend that was with me works for Hilton so she was highly upset that she had to endure these conditions even going as far to search for a room elsewhere and pay for it herself. We only stayed because everything else in the area was booked.
I didn't like that my key card was cancelled the day after I checked in when I had the room for three nights. And no one was around to take care of it for me.
rooms were dirty, the hotel didnt smell very pleasant. there are alot of maintenance issues...seemed really run down and not maintained
