Very clean and check on was s breeze

breakfast starts a little late, 6:30am ??

There were 2 condoms left on the floor and the tub was filthy. Staff did not care

There wasnt anything that stood out

Facility was very dirty and unkept. Room did not have all extras promised. Linens had blood stains on them. Had to switch rooms because first the first room we were given was not even the room we booked and were paying for, it was an undergrade. Continental breakfast was a joke.

The price

The location and how everything was cheaply made. Not impressed.

There was one lady who worked at the front desk who was exceptionally courteous and helpful. Because she went above and beyond in service, I increased the rating in staff from poor to fair. Our 2nd room was clean and the hotel was easy to find and has ample parking.

I booked this hotel because of the price, so I was not expecting 4 star amenities or down pillows. I am fine with not-as-new items in the rooms. However, we repeatedly had problems with the first room we were given and some of the staff were not helpful, and one was just rude. First, when booking.com sent our reservation via fax, the hotel entered it twice (and charged by card twice). I had to call booking.com's customer service line to prove to the front desk that I had only booked once. Only then was I refunded for the 2nd reservation. Once we went to our room, things got worse. There was no heat in our hotel room. I went back to the desk after dinner and was told that no rooms were available by the night clerk (a gentleman). I asked for extra blankets, sheets, and towels at the same time. He told me there were no other clean sheets or towels, that I would have to wait until the next day. He then brought us 2 old blankets that were covered in stains and had cigarette burn holes. We went to Wal-Mart and bought towels. Because we were there for work, we needed internet access to finish our presentation. The same nighttime clerk gave us the incorrect password. When I approached the desk (for at least the 10th time that night), he was on a personal phone call. I was told that I was doing it wrong and he wrote the same password down. So no internet that night. The next morning, I approached the morning clerk and she gave me the correct password. I asked her for towels and she told me that I needed to flag down the cleaning crew and tell them that the front desk said that I could have extra towels. I couldn't believe it-- never saw the cleaning crews. She did however, give us space heaters for our room so that we could be warmer while we got ready to go. I was then furious that the night clerk hadn't at least offered that! When I came back that afternoon, the afternoon clerk (the female I described in my likes), was very helpful.

One staff member was friendly and helpful.

Unfriendly, lazy staff person who made check-in an unnecessarily stressful experience. Reservations were made over a month in advance; upon our arrival we were told that our rooms were not available. After a lengthy search, a second staff person located a smaller room with only one bed instead of two. Staff person 1 kept running my atm card as a credit card, (even though I told her it was a debit), then kept insisting that it was declined. Staff person 2 finally ran it as a debit and it was fine. Outdoor maintenance people left pickaxes, shovels and rakes lying in middle of walkway, which one of my companions tripped over. Rooms were NOT CLEAN and smelled odd. Cigarette burns in sheets and blankets -- we immediately stripped the beds to search for bedbugs. Mirrors and windows smudged and dirty; coffeemaker had not been cleaned in a long time and was located on the bathroom sink counter (?????) We did not make coffee in that thing. Had we not been desperate for sleep, we would have gone to another hotel. As a whole, the facility was dark, dirty and did not smell clean. We skipped the complimentary breakfast, for everything else was too sketchy. By far the most unpleasant hotel stay I have ever had. Would not recommend this facility to anyone.

New room

Booked on line; had confirmation number but when I got to hotel they had no record of me; fortunately there was a room available;,no coffee maker in room...took two requests before I got it...hotel under construction, no problem, but they did not even bring out chairs in lobby to sit on for breakfast and breakfast weak at best...white bread, couple kinds of muffins, one type of danish, cereal...no tables,no chairs; desk was unattended when I needed assistance; one counter staff was extremely unprofessional; not rude, just unprofessional.....yawning, dressed way too casually, not overly helpful in the least;

It was cheap.

Because of the remodel there was no breakfast. The website says breakfast is included so it is very deceiving. I know the hotel was under a remodel, but the front office was filthy! That is the one room that should look decent, because as soon as we walked in we were thinking that the hotel was a dump.

The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. We were not made aware that the hotel was going to be under construction. We booked our room in April, yet we weren't in the system, and the gentleman behind the desk didn't seem to know what was going on.

Newer clean room,

Construction, had to walk down dirty under construction area to get to room. Staff was unfriendly, couldn't even find us an extra towel in the morning, breakfast was gone by 8:00am,

In the location we needed for our trip

They did not have our reservation, hotel was under major construstion, room did not have any of the items they claimed, ie.. Fridge, microwave

Nothing, except the night manager did allow me to change rooms. That was nice because the first room was uninhabitable.

When I arrived I wasnt sure from the appearance if the place was open for business. This was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The only reason we stayed was because we were all too exhausted to look for another place. I purchased two rooms via internet from my smart phone. My family was returning home from an all day amusement park trip when the weather turned bad. We decided to book rooms and travel home in the morning. One of the rooms was ok but , I asked for non smoking rooms and my room had ciggarette ashes everywhere. The comforters and sheets were filthy, someone had shaved in the bathroom and left hair on the sink. The tub was dirty and had mold all over it. The carpet had a big hole in it , just disgusting. The hallway smelled like dirty diapers, there were famillies living in the hotel, I'm pretty sure I saw a hooker, there was construction debris all over the hallway carpet, rooms with doors torn off, I took pictures. I went to the manager and complained and after I filled out some paper I was given another room. This time a ' newly remodeled room'. I walked in and the comforters were covered with lumps. Obviously the laundry person left them in the dryer too long. But it smelled clean and I was exhausted. Two people in our party who slept in different rooms woke up covered in bug bites. It seems the newly remodeled rooms still have the same fixtures, old tvs, comforters, tubs, sinks, toilets and mold problems. This hotel should not have been open for business.

Omg! We travel often and stay in hotels 4 or 5 times a year. We have often stayed at days inns. We arrived late into town, otherwise we would have never stayed here. I would have forfeited my money even.The fact that this hotel was under construction was the very least of it's problems. It was disgusting Empty beer cans on the stairs, derelicts hanging around, hair and filth in bathroom. We could not shower there. We brought in blankets and pillows that we brought for the car ride . We definitely didn't eat there. $55.00!!!. I would never take a chance on days inn again. Nothing like the internet picture.

I liked the fact that we didn't have to stay longer.

The whole Hotel was under construction with drywall globs on every carpet in the main hallways and drooping ceiling tiles. Our room was clean but the greatest measure of any Hotel is the bed and it was terrible!!! We slept fitfully and woke up sore and tired. The dip in the middle of the bed kept sucking us both in. The continental breakfast was pitiful and over when the day clerk said so, not by any schedule rhyme or reason. One day 9a.m. the next day 9:30 or 10. I wouldn't even rate a Hotel on this low level.

It was near where we needed to be...and the price was reasonable. The man at the desk actually told us to book directly through them next time as you take a percentage of what we paid to book us. Nice to know.

The hotel was being renovated...that being said...they booked us in almost the very last room among all the renovations. Our window was covered with black plastic and the entryway the desk clerk directed us to was unlit and surrounded by dumpsters and things they were using to work with. I wasn't pleased at all. The pillows felt like they were made of softballs...and the beds were hard as a rock. The toilet didn't work when we first arrived, but the desk clerk came right away and fiddled with it...but in the morning it ceased working again. I would not stay in this location again...no matter what the price.

Inexpensive and clean. WiFi was nice and easy to connect to.

Currently under construction/renovation. Noisy with construction workers.

THis hotel is in deplorable condition. Everything was filthy. In addition the bedspreads in the rooms had cigarette burns on them, even in non-smoking rooms.

Room was clean & comfortable.

Breakfast was cut short. Advertised 7:30-10:30 but was over by 9.

Location

-Comforter not washed - Hotel smells bad - noisy -uncomfortable sheets and window curtains don't close all the way - overall didn't feel safe or homy

The room had moulds/smell. We had to switch rooms because the curtains were missing. The beds were not made properly. This hotel shouldn't be offerred by booking.com.

The location was good.

The "continental breakfast" left a little bit to be desired.

The room had all new furniture and was very clean.

The hotel was being remodeled so everything (besides the room) looked really bad. There was paint and spackling everywhere. The room numbers were just written on a piece of tape and stuck to the door

The rooms are well kept and clean. Very comfortable bed. Reasonably priced. Probably go back there

The common areas of the motel are in extremly bad shape. If you are looking for a nice exterior --- forget it
