Score from 105 reviews Excellent
Helpfulness of reception, friendly staff, the breakfast and large comfortable rooms, quiet hotel.
Room temp difficult to keep at set temperature
November cold, pretty countryside, nice away from Burlington.
The staff changed the rooms twice: microwave oven was missing; secured lock was poor.
Clean quiet very easy to find.
I really liked that we were not in direct busy section, but so close to get to everything. the staff were very friendly.
really did not have any problems. would have liked to have a king size bed in the room with a jacuzzi
Its very close to downtown Burlington and it has a pool which the kids loved
Breakfast was pretty minimal
The rooms are comfortable and clean
The hallway smells. The carpet need to be clean. It smells so bad. Bring Lysol
Upgraded, nice re-do. Bed was comfy.
Loud plumbing and loud street. Breakfast was cold, gone or limited by the time I arrived, which was a full hour before closing. No attempt to restock eggs, bacon, waffle mix, etc. was attempted.
After seeing the condition of the facility never checked in
Hotel looks old. Breakfast was horrible.
Super staff and the free shuttle to the airport!
Not enough good parking when the Inn was full
Reserved king room got one double. Credit was provided in am at checkout.
The value wasn't there. We were going to a wedding at nearby Essex inn and this was a cheaper alternative that allowed for only one night. Its not nearly as nice as other hotels I've stayed at that cost less.
Car alarm in parking lot
The location very noisy
By 7:00 am on a weekday many of the breakfast items were gone. While the desk clerk was helpful, the breakfast staff was absent. When she finally arrived, she was sullen and moved extremely slowly.
Nothing The kids thought breakfast was OK
Staff not nice. swimming pool terrible Cobwebs behind the curtains Being charged $1.50 for a safe that we didn't use. Repeatly being told that because we used booking, com - no changes Isn't as close to airport as suggested Don't think I will use you again!
Although I did not take advantage of it, they offer free breakfast.
Parking lot too crowded, with more more guests cars than parking spaces.
easy to find
musty smell when entering the lobby
Pleasantly surprised to find everything we might want in a reasonably priced motel
Room was clean and staff was nice.
The continental breakfast lacked variety and the pool was incredibly small.
Felt like the room looked clean.
The sliding glass door to the outside was open (and the air conditioning on) when we checked into our room.
A horde of about a dozen pre-teen girls was running all over the hotel without any apparent adult supervision, making a fair amount of noise well into the late evening, and hotel staff did nothing about it despite our complaints. We will never use this hotel again...ever.
Nice location, good room for price ,breakfast good variety despite what has been said previously eg porridge cereal yoghurt fresh fruitonlette waffles varied breads
False advertising on room , was told by booking.com room cane with refrigerator and microwave when it did not , please follow up on this , refrigerators in rooms are standard in Australia but not it seems here
The Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Wi-Fi work very well.
This Day's Inn was way out dated and worn out. It could definitely use an update. I upgraded our room on-line twice, but now wonder what the basic room would have been like. We had a hot tub in our room that was all cracked and worn out, the bed was thirteen steps up from the bathroom (not good if you need to visit the bathroom during the night). Also the hall light shined directly into the bedroom area all night, (even with the curtains) making it seem like daytime. The continental breakfast that was provided was in a kitchen area that was not big enough to accommodate the amount of guest that were there. We had to get breakfast out both mornings. This would not be a hotel I would plan a getaway in again.
Staff was helpful.
Not a lot of breakfast options. No one was around to restock as things were used. Example: knives ran out and couldn't find butter for waffle.
