Area is not very safe, location is a bit isolated from Atlanta monuments and shopping places. Breakfast needs to be more attractive and to extend for more hours
My stay here was amazing , I was a bit scared because the price was cheap. I enjoyed the size of the king room I had , it was clean , bathroom was also clean , parking was free and so was the internet wifi. The front desk staff was kind and professional. usually I stay at the hilton downtown when I come to atlanta , but this Days Inn is where I will always return when in town
Good location, close to the airport, good neighborhood, McDonald's and strip mall with grocery store, gas station etc nearby - very convenient and safe area
Getting the shuttle was a pain. They do not figure in the courtesy call phone listing. If you do not have a cellphone, you need to go back into the Airport terminal, look for a phone and call them. Keep their phone number handy. The shuttle does not always keep its schedule and they sometimes share it with Hampton Inn - probably a deal with the driver. I went to the Hampton Inn driver one day since I was asked to take that shuttle the previous day and he started shouting at me. Other than that, things are okay. Breakfast is basic as is in all Days Inn hotels I suppose.

Far from the city center (you NEED a car) and the staff is really rude.
THE BREAKFAST MENU.
They told us they had an airport shuttle pick up but failed to mention it doesn't start picking up until 6pm. Ended up paying a near by hotels shuttle to give us a ride after waiting for an hour and calling three times. Also upon arrival the room was not ready. There was no ac in the building other than our room. When we were in the room someone tried to come in even when it was locked. They claimed to need to check our ac. Not a legitimate place to stay. Do not stay here! Shady people
It was convenient to the highway and stores/fast food restaurants. Staff was nice enough. Hotel is older and a little out of date but clean and neat.
The toilet shook every time we sat down & the breakfast was slim to none. Bread & oatmeal. Not a full hot buffet like the picture shows. Not to mention it's cleaned up way too early (9am)!

Very poor quality...everything. The furniture (including the bed) was dirty, stained, ripped, and smelled. Visible mildew on the ceilings. Advertising that they offer an airport shuttle is borderline fraud - it's only available mornings and evenings. We arrived early afternoon from an international flight, and the hotel asked us to take the airport's shuttle to the domestic terminal. Then they told us they have a deal with the Quality Inn shuttle service and to take theirs to the hotel, but were then charged $10 by the driver to deliver to another hotel. The manager told us the fee would be reimbursed on our credit card, but it wasn't. The staff was also very unhelpful. They refused to make more oatmeal for my grandfather because, "oatmeal takes 30 min to make, but breakfast hours will end before then." One of the staff also acted very "put off" to be disturbed from her TV show when I asked for change for the coke machine.

The hotel just in general.
The location was next to the airport. We Came Into Town For The Night To Catch An Early FLIGHT OUT. The hotel was perfect for our purpose. The crew got my family on a van and off to the airport . Everything was great.
Very friendly staff and very clean room.great place to stay will ed back we stayed a extra day .
The breakfast was just bread and cereal. But still enjoyed our stay couldn't ask for much more thanks.
It's close to the airport and reasonably priced. The pillows were nice. The lady at the front desk upon arrival was very nice. Jeanine was her name.
The towels are skimpy and the coffee was too weak.

Everything else was wonderful , but would have loved to have hot grits for breakfast. :-)
On the check in day ,after settling in the kids wanted to get in the pool ,the water was dirty and Mickey looking ,when asked about the cleaning of the pool no-one good give a descent answer of the cleaning ( when, going to get clean or whatever ) no-one was able to say when are was gonna be clean for the week-end which Saturday was the next day.that's my only complaint.
The fact that breakfast is too short, no A.T.M.s,
the sheets was dirty there were no housekeeping on the premises.the manager was not on duty. The tables here cigarette burn all over it.too much to go over.
I booked a double-bed room through booking.com, but the front desk told us he did not receive my reservation and did not have a double room available when I arrived. Actually, he found my reservation when checking in. He gave a single bed room to us for three people, one of us had to sleep in sofa. Very bad experience. Almost nothing to eat for breakfast.
