Clean, very minimal on linens, furniture and extras you come to expect from a Days Inn. Good value if you are not expecting too much.
Poor excuse for even a continental breakfast - didnt even have tea bags. Should never advertise for it. Alot of airport noise.
Room was nice and clean, nice staff, continental breakfast
Staff could not find my reservations, the stairs, card did not always work
Staff was nice and helpful with knowledge of the area.
The hotel needs a make over. The bed seemed old and the cover were faded, furniture in the room was peeling, water damaged from cups and ugly. Not at all what the internet pictures showed. The continental breakfast was a joke and not worth getting up to eat.
Chairs and bed not Clean.
No elevator, staff over charged me and had to call booking.com. No help with luggage.
so far from downtown without any bus lane near horel, and cost of one travel to downtown 100$, so it was better to get another hotel ,more expensive but no so further from downtown ;wish has at least shuttle service to there.
The made was really nice and cleaned very well
The rooms definitely need a upgrade..... Iron stains on the floor and couch had stains.
We emailed to check the use of the shuttle from the airport to the hotel the day before. When we phoned after arriving at the airport were told to wait for the shuttle. 45 minutes later and no show of the shuttle another driver of another hotel shuttle told us that it happens all the time and the hotel doesn't tell people that the shuttle starts at 6 pm.We got a lift in his shuttle. We were very annoyed that the person who checked us in could not answer why there was no shuttle even though it was parked outside the hotel all night and never left. We picked this hotel because of its location to the airport and the shuttle service.....if you advertise that you have a service then it should operate efficiently. Breakfast was very meagre but we didn't expect much for the price!
I found roaches in the bathroom!
location to airport was good
the shuttle does not seem to operate until after 6:00pm so when we got to the airport we had to hitch a ride on another hotels shuttle. The Indian receptionist was not very customer friendly the Trinidadian guy was. The continental breakfast was the worst of all the three hotels I stayed on this trip- no protien was offered
Location,shuttle service. lobby
Missed breakfast since on calif time. Could be cleaner n slightly more updated . Next to street so slightly noisy
No hay muchas cosas alrededor
Staff are friendly. Price is nice.. Free shuttle is great.
Area is not very safe, location is a bit isolated from Atlanta monuments and shopping places. Breakfast needs to be more attractive and to extend for more hours
My stay here was amazing , I was a bit scared because the price was cheap. I enjoyed the size of the king room I had , it was clean , bathroom was also clean , parking was free and so was the internet wifi. The front desk staff was kind and professional. usually I stay at the hilton downtown when I come to atlanta , but this Days Inn is where I will always return when in town
Good location, close to the airport, good neighborhood, McDonald's and strip mall with grocery store, gas station etc nearby - very convenient and safe area
Getting the shuttle was a pain. They do not figure in the courtesy call phone listing. If you do not have a cellphone, you need to go back into the Airport terminal, look for a phone and call them. Keep their phone number handy. The shuttle does not always keep its schedule and they sometimes share it with Hampton Inn - probably a deal with the driver. I went to the Hampton Inn driver one day since I was asked to take that shuttle the previous day and he started shouting at me. Other than that, things are okay. Breakfast is basic as is in all Days Inn hotels I suppose.
Value for money and comfortable rooms.
Far from the city center (you NEED a car) and the staff is really rude.
THE BREAKFAST MENU.
They told us they had an airport shuttle pick up but failed to mention it doesn't start picking up until 6pm. Ended up paying a near by hotels shuttle to give us a ride after waiting for an hour and calling three times. Also upon arrival the room was not ready. There was no ac in the building other than our room. When we were in the room someone tried to come in even when it was locked. They claimed to need to check our ac. Not a legitimate place to stay. Do not stay here! Shady people
It was convenient to the highway and stores/fast food restaurants. Staff was nice enough. Hotel is older and a little out of date but clean and neat.
The toilet shook every time we sat down & the breakfast was slim to none. Bread & oatmeal. Not a full hot buffet like the picture shows. Not to mention it's cleaned up way too early (9am)!
Spacious rooms. Fast WiFi. Refrigerator & microwave in room. We booked three rooms expecting this Days Inn to have roughly the same quality of others we've stayed in, but...
Very poor quality...everything. The furniture (including the bed) was dirty, stained, ripped, and smelled. Visible mildew on the ceilings. Advertising that they offer an airport shuttle is borderline fraud - it's only available mornings and evenings. We arrived early afternoon from an international flight, and the hotel asked us to take the airport's shuttle to the domestic terminal. Then they told us they have a deal with the Quality Inn shuttle service and to take theirs to the hotel, but were then charged $10 by the driver to deliver to another hotel. The manager told us the fee would be reimbursed on our credit card, but it wasn't. The staff was also very unhelpful. They refused to make more oatmeal for my grandfather because, "oatmeal takes 30 min to make, but breakfast hours will end before then." One of the staff also acted very "put off" to be disturbed from her TV show when I asked for change for the coke machine.
Kind of a difficult to answer question. Couldn't find much good.
The hotel just in general.
The location was next to the airport. We Came Into Town For The Night To Catch An Early FLIGHT OUT. The hotel was perfect for our purpose. The crew got my family on a van and off to the airport . Everything was great.
Very friendly staff and very clean room.great place to stay will ed back we stayed a extra day .
The breakfast was just bread and cereal. But still enjoyed our stay couldn't ask for much more thanks.
