    The price was good

    There is a shortage of parking space, the staffs are a little disorganized.

    I liked the location. The fax that is literally was five minutes from the airport! I great place to stay for the price!

    Location was central. Microwave and fridge in room were convenient. Free breakfast was good. Big T.V.

    The two black female desk clerks had very poor customer service skills. They basically ignored the guests as they gossiped with their friends. Especially the night auditor. When I told her that I had been sitting in my car in the front lot for over an hour waiting for a safer well-lit space to open up. She sarcastically said, "Thank you for shopping at Wal-Mart." Parking was free, but it was a problem because the rear lot was very dark with a lot of trees and the flood lights never came on. The safer front parking lot was almost always full. The lobby soda machines didn't work.

    There were holes in the wall. There was absolutely no wi fi in the hotel room. The sheets had stains on them and the televisions were not up to date.

    Bathroom was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very pleasant, especially the maid.

    Location: in the direct path of airport with very noisy planes in take-off and landing...could not sleep with the noise. Carpet was filthy. Would like to have had Cheerios along with other cereals to have option of less sugar.

    We had stayed two nights prior and had left behind an item. I called the office shortly after leaving to alert them re this. The item was returned to us two days later upon our return. We really appreciated that. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean.

    Carpet was filthy. The refrigerator was dirty and rusty. Though it is possible that the rust made it seem dirty. The airplanes flew over the motel every 3-5 minutes from 7am on....could no longer sleep.

    Staff were friendly and nice.

    Had to change a couple of rooms as the rooms had residual smoke smell even though they were non - smoking.

    Nothing at all

    The rooms were horrible. Hotel should be shut down. Rooms where not clean. Service horrible. Will never stay at another days inn.

    Guy at desk was very rude. I couldn't say my full name before he was already telling me I didn't have a reservation. After I showed him my reservation he still had a nasty attitude and didn't even offer me a room. It was obvious he didn't want me to stay there probably because of my skin color. I told him I'll take my business elsewhere and he seemed happy because of it. I go out of town and stay at a lot of hotels because of my son's wrestling tournaments and I have to say this was the rudest encounter I've ever had. I went to the comfort Inn across the street very nice hotel

    When we got to the hotel they had no record of our booking. We had to pay $75.00 for the room not the $47.00 that booking .com quoted. The room was awful to say the least, smoke alarm was missing, room was dirty, towels were dirty room smelled of cigarette smoke, commode was dirty. The worst hotel room ever for my wife and I. We need a refund for the credit card charge that was made to Booking.com. Confirmation #692551972.

    Very friendly and helpful staff - desk clerks, shuttle driver, housekeeping, etc.

    The room was filthy. Examples: big dark stains on carpet in several areas. Dirt/dust built up on mirror frame. Hotel in general is dirty and run down. Heater is so loud when it comes on, you have to turn the TV up. When the heat shuts off, the TV is too loud and you have to turn it down. Since the heat comes on and off every few minutes this is very annoying. Room doors open the outside; I prefer rooms that open to an enclosed hallway. There were about 12 people in line behind me when the hotel desk clerk announced they had no more rooms available, even if people had reservations. She said booking.com reserved more rooms than Days Inn had available, and that rooms booked through booking.com were not guaranteed.

    Nothing. This is a dump of a hotel and the only reason to stay there is to avoid sleeping under a bridge. Actually, there are a few restaraunt close by that have good food, cheap.

    The staff is rude, the hotel is dirty, the furniture is stained, non-existent water pressure. Sporadic wi-fi. Went through 3 towels to find one that wasn't stained. Smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling and chirping with a bad battery. The van driver did a great job driving in very icy conditions, but then dropped my luggage off at the wrong hotel without asking, had to go back and get it off the sidewalk.

    Compared with Super 8,this hotel is better.We came to our room before checking in.It was comfortable and the price is very cheap.

    I don't like the breakfast,we don't have a lot of foods to select,it sucks.I also don't the Indian boss,he is so mean,he locked the coffe machine when I wanted to get some hot water.He unlocked it when I asked him to get me some hot water.As for my iphone,the wifi connection is great,but my Ipad couldn't get access to the Internet.

    This hotel was much more than adequate for my one night stay between planes. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I liked that there was active, visible security even though it did not appear to be needed .. maybe it was, but I did not see it. I will stay again.

    I had to call twice to get accurate directions as to where to catch the shuttle van from the airport. Also, that not even coffee was available in the lobby once breakfast was taken up. There had been only one regular coffee in the room and I needed the caffeine to get me going after such a short rest.

    The hotel does not honor or refund if you have a problem with cancelations. The staff was smart mouth and showed no concern for my issues. I would not recommend this hotel .

    I arrived after midnight and the lady at the front desk took care of me immediately and was extremely friendly and helpful which I really appreciated. I flew in from Miami late and left for a morning flight the next day. The shuttle to the airport arrived at the scheduled time for the less than 15 minute ride to the airport. I would stay here again due to the reasonable price and closeness to the airport.
