Great location. Overall good value for the money.
Sink was not clean at all when we arrived. Pillows could be better.
I was looking for a cheap motel because we weren't spending much time in the room. We got exactly what I expected. A fair room for a fair price.
Bed was made up with the blanket on the bottom and the sheet on the top, so we had to remake the bed ourselves. Ice machine room should be locked and accessible ONLY with a room key. The room has a VERY strong urine odor.
There was coffee in the room.
Grounds were filthy, the hotel is very old and rundown. The breakfast they offered was not "Great" as the staff stated the night before.
The way the Breakfast is provided. You could not tell if it was included or not. It appeared to be an "extra charge" when we were told it was included. We ended up going to another restaurant for breakfast due to this.
Lady at front desk friendly and professional. Breakfast room clean and nicely decorated, food good. Lady there was friendly but a little spacey, ordered aaple juice got orange, ordered potatoes none were served. Ask for sweetener was told I needed to get from desk, then found some in kitchen
Sheet rock repair dome but not cleaned up. Had to Track stucco repair power into rp fr car. Carpet dirty and sticky. Lamp didn't work, we changed bulb from another light still didn't work.
The room wasn't clean and I had a leaky air condition that dripped onto the bed when it was on
bed and tv were ok
cleanliness and area
disgusting - afraid to walk on the floor barefoot sheets cheap and rough water didn't drain from bathtub charged for a room even after cancelled reservation 5 days prior
The location was great and the staff was very nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Air conditioner worked well.
For the price and being nonrefundable it was not worth it. We left a day early and couldn't get a refund. Very outdated, carpets very dirty that we would not walk barefooted on them. Plus having a baby was difficult because I didn't want her playing on the floor First night tv didn't work but staff fixed it. They never had enough towels that we had to use hand towels one night to dry after showers and pool towels the next night.
Hotel is run down. There were no towels in the hotel. Hotel manager is not customer service oriented. I watched him place peoples ID's, Credit cards, and money on the counter instead of handing it to the customers.
Parking next to my room. The great breakfast.
Room was clean and comfortable. Good value for the price. Staff friendly and helpful. Biscuits and gravy was delicious at breakfast.
Lot's of places to eat vlose
Too noise, people who run, clean, n serve spoke poor or no good English.
You hotel was easy to find. My gps couldn't find the address, but when I called your staff was really good at giving directions. Your staff was very pleasant. The room was clean for the most part. I think the carpet might have needed shampooed, it wasn't terrible. I didn't see any lint or stains, just could tell it had a little age on it and wasn't perky. I haven't stayed at a hotel for a couple of yrs. and I'm not a big traveler. It was clean enough for the price and your people made it worth it. I wish I had had time to try the pool. If I'm that way again I would choose it if price was still good. Thanks you.
Not major, I could just tell that it would need some new carpet and the ceilings on the over hang were cracking and needing replaced. The breakfast was decent, especially for free. It was hot, so much better than some with just cereal and coffee, you had good selections, I just felt the grade of some of the stuff could be just a little better. I ate everything so not sure it is really a complaint. I much preferred yours to a cold one.
The bed was actually very soft; however I believe that was due to the mound of blankets under the sheets used as a mattress pad.
The room was not clean when we arrived. It smelled like wet dog even after it was 'clean'. The sheets did not fit the bed and I ended up on bare mattress by morning. I realize this is a low budget hotel and I've stayed in worse.
The staff was friendly and it was quite were we stayed.
How they ran out of facial towels, how out dated everything is like tv. No microwave or refrigerator.
The tv didnt work, there was hair all over bathroom like someone cut their hair. The maid had no idea what a broom was, I guess. When I complain to front desk, they blew me off. I was going for medical tests so I didnt have the strengh to fight it. They have loud parties and people roaming around your car. I felt unsafe and unwelcomed. The ghetto would have better customer service.
Ted, the manager, awesome guy. very friendly, polite & helpful. You're lucky to have him working for you.
Bed uncomfortable, basement bargain hotel, just short of a dump but not bad for &57. breakfgast ended at 9 am. I got there about 9:10 am. No breakfast. Ted was nice enough to get me fresh milk for my coffee.
Worst hotel ever. Should not be in business. Room was nasty. Looks like someone just comes in with fabreeze and sprays.
This had to be the worst hotel/motel ever! There were stains on the walls/ceiling, when the air was turned on in my room it spit water out of the vent. The pool was green. The microwave looked like it had never been cleaned. After I checked into my room I called the front desk and asked for a refund. Upon going to the front desk there were several other customers with complaints asking for a refund also. This hotel should not be in business! !!
I have stayed at 2 separate Best Value Inn of America facilities. I would not kennel a dog at either one. Filthy, mattresses had no covers. Lightbulbs were missising. Breakfast was either not available ( sugar, cream misssing, one had to ask for a breakfast, etc.) or of extremely poor quality Towels are worn and shabby and difficult to come by. curtains were torn and there was general poor repair in both facilities. The price was outlandish for the poor quality of this hotel line. I will never stay at these facilities again.
It is a great location, but a little hard to figure out the best way to reach as they have changed the highway a bit. The brand name..I have used at their previous location and it was very nice, a little cheaper than all the others, but always clean, pleasant folks, a great breakfast, remodeled rooms to be very nice and very pleasant people. I was sad to see them go.
a/c worked well, but when the temp dropped down and it got very cool one evening, turning on the heat did nothing! No paper or pencil to write with in the room; floor of room not clean; Iron x2 did not work and had to walk to the office to get the second one as the man in the office didn't offer to bring it to me; breakfast was free but very poorly done, I would rather go out to eat, as I did for the second free breakfast I was given; the evening shift man was not openly rude but very close to that and was not welcoming at all. I almost thought of leaving but on the graduation weekend did not think that would work. I will never go in the building unless someone can convince me that that man will not be there and the rooms are being cleaned and properly prepared for a visitor.
It was quiet, comfortable, and the breakfast was good, hot, and the wait staff was friendly and efficient. For the money spent it was an excellent value.
Breakfast should be buffet. We did not get to eat breakfast because of the number of people there trying to eat.
