Stains on blanket
The whole place smells bad and bed covers were dirty. The breakfast was ok, cant expect something extraordinary at the place like that. At least the price was right.
Bathroom floor was sticky. Tub was stained and nasty looking. Mold in the room. The smell of the place took your breath away. We left and found a different place to stay.
FOOD LITTLE BIT OKAY.
CABLE TV WAS BAD. NOT MUCH WATER IN THE FAUCET.
Our room was nice, but everywhere else was freezing!
The bed was comfortable very, very comfortable.
The breakfast selection could have been better.
Blood on comforter. No water in my bathroom, stains on the walls.
With a family of 4, we're always on a budget on our trips, so our expecatations were low, but this place was excellent for the price - it's affordable and the rooms are nice and spacious. Our kids especially loved the waffles and cheesy eggs at breakfast.
1st night was okay on way to Illinois. Monday, November 24, 2014 Days Inn Columbus North 1212 East Dublin Granville Road
One week later in another room, unbelievable!! Different room on way home. On the way back home, I and a relative spent the night of November 30, 2014 at the same Days Inn. I was in room 179. Again, reservations, in advance, had been made. This stay was totally different from the first experience. The only thing that appeared to have been done in the room was: the bed was made and the towels had been put out. The rest was a "nightmare"! I would have requested to change rooms right away but I was very tired and my relative went out and would not have known where I was when they returned. The toilet was stopped up and still had old paper in the toilet bowl. There was still a ring of dirt in the toilet. I had to run a lot of hot water to place in the toilet before it would finally flush down. This was not easy because there was a hold in the ice bucket. The coffee pot had lose old grounds throughout the inside. It took me 30 minutes to clean it out. The tray that held the glasses and ice bucket had loose crumbs on it. At a minimum, I would hope that my money would be returned for the night of the 30th and that others would never have the same experience.
Days Inn Columbus North 1212 East Dublin Granville Road Check in: Monday, November 24, 2014 (as a Senior adult) Check-out:Tuesday, November 25, 2014 Considering the cleanliness and over-all stay, this stay met acceptable standards.

Finding a new hotel
I was afraid of even going in didn't know if I was going to get bed bugs to hep c or being shot. Run down area
Reasonably priced, clean room and linens. Convenient location. Quiet! What I expected for the price. Good stay!
Nothing stands out.
Fire alarm pulled twice through the night. Older hotel being updated
1st room had the smoke alarm battery beeping/ 2nd room phone did not work, light bulbs burned out, bathroom floor dirty & tooth paste splattered on the mirror/ the room was non smoking but had cigarette burn holes in the blanket & when you opened the door to the hall you got hit by heavy cigarette smoke!
The staff was friendly and helpfull!
Black mold on shower curtains and wallpaper falling off of the wall.
We did feel safe
staff forgot to leave cups for the coffee machine one day and forgot to leave packets of coffee and empty the old coffee grounds the next day, The fan in the bathroom couldn't be shut off and we had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times because of the noise.
I thought the cost was good for a 3*, but I wouldn't choose that hotel again.
Everything there seemed like it wasn't put together well. For instance, the sheet was clean, but had a cigarette burn hole. Just not quite right.
Dirty room, no hair dryer or iron in room. Carpet was filthy.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Just slept there.
Staff is professional, courteous, competent. Clean room, comfortable bed, newish linens. Bathroom OK, had been updated. Motel was quiet the first night, we slept well.
Coffeemaker in room was broken. Very thin walls, noise carries in from other rooms. On our 2nd night, an event was held in their meeting room. There were loud conversations in the hallways that continued to 3 am, keeping us awake.
Convenience off the highway and location. Value for the amount of time actually spent in the room; we were looking for inexpensive w/ some level of comfort. Linens were clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly but not necessarily outgoing or eager to engage.
Hallways and stairways to the second floor (no elevator) were odoriferous (child compared it to elephants at the circus); color scheme and lighting was prison-like. Mold growing in the bathroom. Hay tracked into room from prior nights visit to the county fair was still on the floor upon return the next evening; floor was obviously not vacuumed well during cleaning. Breakfast consisted of dry cereal, breads and watery oatmeal. Tables were very dirty when we went for breakfast and tile floors in lobby were sticky and slick from prior nights wedding party. Automatically charged a $1.50 safe fee regardless if you use the room safe or not. This is a dated facility from the payphone station in the lobby that has no phones and never been remodeled to the old TV's in the room (no flat screen HD here) to the overall decor and missing glass (probably bullet glass) at the front desk.
Comforability, quirtness, cable, everything.
I understand that you get what you pay for, and $55 plus tax got me an old spacious king room, in a dated facility that had seen better days. -It was near the freeway and parking was free. The lady who checked me in was pleasant. There were several very loud parties going on and at my request gave me a room further away towards the back.
--Several Cigarette burns on the blanket--ewww -Stained Sheets and Bedspread-ewww -Stained green Carpet so horrible I didn't want to step on it --General grimy worn interior corridors -dirty ice machine areas I lay on one sheet and said never again wilI get a cheap room like this.
