I had a doctors appointment and while I was near Maryland I visited with family... The parking fee was increased from $15.00 to $20.00...I booked under the old rate and that was given to me. May prices could be lower a little..The DC room tax is very high... |

This hotel would be much improved by the addition of a breakfast room/restuarant. Only as above, it would have been much more convenient to have had breakfast facilities on site. |

Close to Metro subway station (1.5 blocks). Several places to eat nearby from upscale to Burger King. Safe area with lots of foot traffic day and night. Convenient parking and reasonable cost ($20 a day). Easy to get to if driving own car. Hotel was clean and quiet. Bed was comfy. Room was clean and well kept. No breakfast provided. |

I asked twice For a coffee pot for our room.( none was delivered.) Also, the staff put a wrong number on my credit card expiration date which caused me a problem checking out as well as embarassment when trying to get dinner,(The card was put on hold because of this.) |

Location was good; very close to the metro; stores close by. For the price the room was small. Very disappointed that it did not have a laundry service nor a refridgerator. |

It was a nice clean place in DC for not a lot of money. It was located in a safe section of town near a Metro station. Coffee maker in room was poor. They only left supplies for 1 cup of coffee although there were 2 adults staying in the room. Very limited TV selections. Told staff about broken door gard lock on door on 1st day and it still was not fixed during our 5 day stay. |

Proximity to Metro. Even for a DC MetroLine lodging on Conneticut this property was severly over priced for the quality of setting and servics. It's a very "tired"property. |

It's close to the Metro, was clean and well priced, and was near a friend. Parking is a little expensive, there's no pool on-site, no breakfast included in room. No major concerns though. |

Location: 5m from metro which is very fast and cheap to reach DC center. Hotel staff is helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Internet is free. Cool. A bit old hotel. the room is relatively small. It serves well if you only need a bed for a sleep though. |

Very comfortable room. Good coffee available in the foyer (complimentary) Good location - subway & restraunts, close by. Not a dislike., just a fact..We found the hotel stuck rigidly to the 3pm check in. as many overnight flights arrive at 5 - 6am., very exhausted travellers, have to tramp the streets until the magic 3pm.. |
