Third stay in a month. I was checked into a dirty room then switched to a new one. TV went out and it took an hour to be rectified. Upon checkout I had a charge for these things. It was taken care of. Who messed up my bill?
Very clean and good attention.
Everything was ok! thanks.
Free WiFi. I was able to catch up on work.
There is no refrigerator or microwave. I stayed during snow storm. I wanted to bring my soup back to the room. I couldn't even purchase any food for the days to follow in fear of it going bad and or melting.
Price and location!
AC was really cold at night, towels are not that great/pretty rough.
It is as described. Nothing special here but it is close to a metro stop and you get a discount at a great restaurant next door. I used this as a layover night and thought it was a good deal.
There is nothing super close to here, especially at night. You will need a taxi or ride the metro to do stuff.
Nothing, left prematurely. That was false advertising for this place on your part, booking.com. That was wrong..
Construction right across my window, could hear everything going on with couple next door (I mean everything) yet had a young child with me, bathtub not draining, wall sockets in room too loose to plug in anything etc etc
Price was great, excellent customer service and very comfortable rooms and very clean. I'm definitely coming back!
There's nothing I didn't like!
Neighborhood has nice restaurants and conveniences. Close to the Red line Metro for easy access to downtown without paying downtown prices.
Old style heating unit in the room was very loud and annoying.
Cheap Nice and helpful staff On the metro line
I appreciated the frindly staff whi went out out of their way to pprovide excellent service at 2:00am.
can't think of anything I didn't like.
The location near the nursing home and the Metro.
They charge $15 extra for fridge and microwave. most hotels comp that. No laundry facilities, no porters around. Little touches like lid didn't fit ice bucket, no scoop in public ice machine, sometimes maids forgot to replace something like ice bucket lining, but sometimes they gave extras.
I got a last-minute discount I saw on booking.com, so the price was quite affordable. It is very close to a stop on DC Metro's Red Line. Even though it is not near any major DC sights, being on the Red Line makes many places in DC very accessible. The room is all right but still quite comfortable. The clerk, Luis, at the reception is very friendly and agreeable, even though it was very busy when I was checking in. I also like that they offers free coffee and tea downstairs and I can come down to get it any time of the day.
The room is more basic and their soap and shampoo are not that nice. However, with the price I paid (less than $70 in January) and how expensive DC hotels are (other may be more expensive but with worse services), I don't think I have anything to complain.
The location is good (near the metro station), the staff is kind
Parking not included in the room rate and not available on site. You are forced to pay extra 20 $ + tax and the it is not even guarded. The room smelled a bit.
i liked that you couldnt get the elevator to go without your key card; good safety measure.
the guests next door coming in at 2:30 am laughihg crying vomiting...I heard it all. Walls very thin...:(
Best value for money.close to metro.parking for the car
It was the cheapest place closest to downtown DC. The staff were very friendly, the lobby and room was very clean. They have free coffee and tea in the lobby. The Wi-Fi was fast.
The distance from downtown DC is a bit too far to walk to.
Very affordable and central location.
It had a little bit of a revamped motel 6 feel but way cleaner of course.
The Staff was outstanding
I like the attention at the hotel, specially from Luis, all was perfect.
It was quite
The dirty room and rude services
in general staff was helpful close to train station and grocery store
older building parking was limited
