The only thing I liked is that you have to use your key in the elevator to get to your room.
Didn't like window facing all the other windows. Internet intermittently fast and slow.
Clean and comfortable bed. Coffee machine in the lobby. Starbuck's and groceries between the metro and the hotel.
On the Metrorail, good eateries nearby, friendly, competent and knowledgable staff.
improvements would be refrig in room and continental breakfast.
Clean, safe, quiet neighborhood.
Good location and convenient parking.
facility is normal
good Value, nothing to complaint, near metro station
Front desk attendant Luis was great. He was pleasant, helpful and very attentive to our questions. Hotel was clean and perfect for our needs to explore DC for 3 nights.
Wish there was breakfast!
Easy access to metro. Friendly and helpful staff. Access to parking.
The pillows were pretty bad, they were squished to be squares and were really just flat rectangular pillows. A fridge would have been nice. We had to get new keys twice, but they were very nice and quick about it.
This location was super close to Metro and zoo. Parking was expensive but convenient. An extra safety precaution that they have is that you have to swipe your key to get the elevator to work.
girl at the reception was very friendly until the manager came, he was not so friendly, he was clearly frustrated about something. when our room was ready and we wanted to check in we had to wait over 10min at the reception, the girl was overloaded with people at the reception and answering phone calls at the same time, the reception was clearly understaffed although it was like 5 or 6PM
perfect location, close to subway and in a student/university area
Requested extra towels both days we stayed since there were 4 of us, and only 3 towels. Despite repeated requests, towels never showed up.
There was no complimentary breakfast.
The staff made it a great stay. Location was great. I enjoyed the overall stay there.
Staff here are much more helpful and genuinely friendly than those in NYC.
Disappointed that the hotel did not have a small lounge, breakfast area, or lobby where you could sit and read the newspaper. We had to go to Burger King to get a quick cup of coffee in the morning. We do not like to drink the coffee that is provided in the rooms.we would probably not return to that particular hotel.
Standard room one block from metro with reasonable parking rates. No continental breakfast but a few doors down from a fabulous bakery! Very nice staff and clean room. Great bang for your buck for a sightseeing trip to DC! Will definately stay again!
Some problems with the type of room selected. But all was resolved by the very helpful staff.
Good access to public transportation to the city centre. Very interesting visiting all the monuments and museums.
The Wi Fi is very, very poor. Very weak signal.
Location close to underground Metro, convenience stores.
Can't say I didn't like anything
all the location is good
They overcharged my credit card. Management was not present to speak with about the concern during my entire visit. When management called, he was rude to me. The issue is still unresolved.
The location was great. Very close to the metro!
There was an insect in my room.
Great experience, but parking was not free.
The cleanliness, size and amenities of the room.
I was not aware I had to pay a daily parking fee. I believe that should be included in the daily rate. I could possibly have stayed at a hotel that cost a little more that didn't have the parking fee and paid less per nite overall.
I liked the location. I had to go out early morning and late nite and felt safe each time.
The hotel was value for money and was close to the Metro that is only a few stops away from the main tourist attractions.
Would like to see queen size beds over the double size!
Location was perfect for going into DC by metro. Parking garage was perfect for Leaving the car while site seeing
