Clean, comfortable rooms, with windows you could crack open. I could turn off the AC. Great Wi-Fi, and free! Helpful, friendly staff.
Is located in a good point, it has a lot of restaurants close by and metro station.
Yes it was good.
Good location being close to the metro. Friendly welcome and service.
No fridge or kettle.
Not told about paying the expensive car parking.
The hotel is located very close to the visitors area of washington DC
The room, location was good and was comfortable. Safe
No microwave, no fridge. Having to pay for parking. Parking lot extra tight
NEED AND CLEAN
NO BRK FAST
The rooms were not what we booked
* I booked a business king room with kitchen, but I was given a twin bed room. * The staff seemed to suggest that I wasn't telling the truth about my booking, and so I opened my laptop and showed her my king business room booking, but still she didn't give it to me!
The hotel restaurant near by.
They close early.
You could walk to restaurants and shops
Costruction going on at hotel
The staff was very helpful, kind & considerate.....They even seemed interested in us as guest, and asked questions where we were from etc.... Which was very nice !!!
The pillows were to small, and there was a leak in our air conditioner, other then that, everything else was very good...
Staff was friendly
Couldn't shut blinds to keep other guests from seeing in. Blinds that I could shut were very see through. HUMAN URINE in the stair well.
Surrounding neighborhood was awesome and a quick 3 miles to downtown. Room was clean and adequate, just what we were looking for this trip.
Parking was tight and expensive, erased the great room rate I got on line.
The staff carried your luggage in when you arrived and they were very friendly.
A better Ac
I loved everything about this hotel. It was quiet clean.
There was nothing I didn't like.
Great hotel, very comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, and affordable. If we come to D.C in the future, we will definitely be staying here again. Very pleased. There was also a Starbucks near the hotel and the subway station was also very close to the hotel.
Not enough bath towels for a double room. Every night I had to request more towels to be brought up to my room. Staff was very efficient in handling the matter.
the toilet was not good i rescue mini refrigerator charmed more $ i stay 20 day price was to hit no good.
2 double beds in room took up to much space
Wi-fi and printing
Cleaning on room specificly bathroom and dusting
The staff at the reception is very nice. despite the hotel is far from downtown there is a metro station two blocks from the hotel what makes the transportation easier. The fee for parking overnight was the lowest that I could find in D.C. ($ 20.00). There were several restaurants close of the hotel. In my case I had Burger King for dinner and Stabucks as breakfast, both close from the hotel. When comes to D.C you cannot ask for more than that.
There was nobody to help me with my luggage, I had to go inside to get the cart and carry all my stuff from the garage until my room. At least I didn't have to tip anyone ;-)
closeness to River Creek Park
old, definitely showed in carpet, furniture etc. Needs a sprucing up
The place is a low-cost tourist oriented joint and was a disssappointment to my co-workers.
