The Staff is very friendly. The location is so near from bus and metro station.

The staff is nice
The area is sort of boring
Great location, good price- and good accomadations.
We had a very noisy room next to ours, which really disrupted our sleep.
Clean, comfortable rooms, with windows you could crack open. I could turn off the AC. Great Wi-Fi, and free! Helpful, friendly staff.
Is located in a good point, it has a lot of restaurants close by and metro station.
Yes it was good.
Good location being close to the metro. Friendly welcome and service.
No fridge or kettle.
Not told about paying the expensive car parking.
The hotel is located very close to the visitors area of washington DC

The rooms were not what we booked
* I booked a business king room with kitchen, but I was given a twin bed room. * The staff seemed to suggest that I wasn't telling the truth about my booking, and so I opened my laptop and showed her my king business room booking, but still she didn't give it to me!
The hotel restaurant near by.
They close early.
You could walk to restaurants and shops
Costruction going on at hotel
The staff was very helpful, kind & considerate.....They even seemed interested in us as guest, and asked questions where we were from etc.... Which was very nice !!!
The pillows were to small, and there was a leak in our air conditioner, other then that, everything else was very good...
They charged me for 2 nights parking and when I called I could not get it resolved.I had to drive from New York to D.C.to get the situation resolved.
That place es good the price is to hitting no refrigerator. No microhonda caffe poor service not good .
To provide. to provide refrigerated mark way in to keep in science. Because for the price too high and your request and the asking for additional money besides and I like I don't like it
We were able to leave the car at the hotel and be in downtown in only minutes. The subway stops at all the National Mall and other points of interest.
Staff was friendly
Couldn't shut blinds to keep other guests from seeing in. Blinds that I could shut were very see through. HUMAN URINE in the stair well.
Surrounding neighborhood was awesome and a quick 3 miles to downtown. Room was clean and adequate, just what we were looking for this trip.
Parking was tight and expensive, erased the great room rate I got on line.
