We have stayed before, it works really well for us!
Friendly staff who nothing was too much trouble. Close location to metro. Rooms comfortable and clean.
- Proximity to shops and metro - Very helpful staff - General feeling of comfort and welcome
Decor and carpets could have been better with a little effort
The hotel was close to the metro and it felt safe walking there, even at night. For the price (compared to other hotels in DC) it was definitely nice enough- the beds were comfortable, it was clean and I didn't find myself needing anything else. I will most likely stay here again next time I travel to DC.
Expensive hotel, awful wifi and not that confortable room for the price you pay
Economical & good location.
Primitive heater in room wo. thermostat. Bed not firm.
I liked the fact i had a roof
I didn't like the service, the staff was not polite, it wasn't comfortable.
location of hotel was perfect
Did not have wash cloths in bathroom for my wife and i
Front desk clerk Luiz was very helpful and courteous. He got me a new room right away and without question.
When I dialed "0" to ask to change my room (due to loud ice vending) the person said the rooms were all assigned and wasn't sure she could change me and would have to check with coworkers. I was on hold for quite a while when Luiz picked up and took care of me. Better answer would be, "let me check for you..."
Staff were helpful, rooms were clean and comfortsvke .
Parking was not secure even though you had to pay for on site.
Nice hotel, great place, metro station is hundred yards away, staff was pleasent and the view from the window was great
Parking was quite expensive
No breakfast option
Location close to subway Small shops close by Quiet surroundings
Courtesy of the employees
Having to pay for parking for just 5 hours irritated me
Location was fair.
No mini bar. No breakfast. No restaurant. No room service. Service was very bare for the price. Except a bed, there was nothing in the hotel that was worth mentioning. Honestly the bed was n
Close to transport in an otherwise expensive city
Uncomfortable bed, expensive carparking, didn't feel great about leaving the car parked there either.
5 mins walk to the metro station. Good value for the price.
Arriving fairly late midweek, Louis was a very efficient and helpful receptionist
Can't think of anything. Wait, I did want a quiet room and got that.
Staff with one or two exceptions were not helpful and not existent. No doormen to help with bags or get cabs, nor any help available. No restaurant, only soda machine. Ice machine didn't work-if you wanted ice had to go to lobby. WiFi was supposed to be available, but when I tried-got numerous Days Inn possibilities none of which connected. Wake- up call didn't come at right time. Charged 1.50 for use of safe, but if you asked on checkout it got reserved. Thankfully it was only a brief stay. Avoid.
I left my watch in the room and only realized hours after checked out. But no one found it.
grate location - just 2 blocks from the metro station. good and safe place. nice stuff. very clean room. very good place to sleep in d.c.
very expensive. parking cost 20 dollars for a day!
Clean, fair for the price
There was a bad smell in the room that would not go away, like a house that has been closed for long
For two nights we could not sleep because there was a pimp and his prostitutes next door and they were opening and closing their door all night and yelling and screaming, presumably about money.
Metro staotion is close. You are downtown very quickly. Rates are low. Good bistro and extremely good bakery close to the hotel.
Partly outworn carpets. Unpleasant smell, particular in the corridors. As reported by other guests, they have problems with Visa cards. They told me, that my card doesn't work. After some back and forth, it finally worked the next day.
My daughter and I were in town for both business and leisure. The front desk staff was super! They provided exceptional guest service in helping us with our needs and adding an extra night we requested. Well done!!!!
The $20 parking fee was steep, then to have tax added onto it. =(
