LIGHTS NOTSO GOOD
The seminal stains on both of the comforters. The filthy carpet. The strong odor of mildew in the room. The front door would not lock. The human hair on the under sheet pads. If I was a cop this would have been a rape crime scene. Should I go on. I even took pictures...
The worst ever hotel I have stayed in. Won't do that again.
All furniture and fixtures very old. Still have CRT TV.
Everything! The staff were very nice. The place was comfortable, clean and safe. We had no worries. We will stay here again when we return to Rhode Island.
No mini refridgerator in the room. (But, we did not ask for one either) they might have supplied one if we had asked. Not sure. Overall, very satisfied with our stay.
It was easy to check in, the room was quiet and had everything I needed
The location, friendly staff
washroom facilities, blanket with burnt holes in them, not comfortable blankets
Mattress was stained, toilet paper had poop smudge, room smelled and sheets looked dirty.
Vanrunning outside room gor 2 hours. Outdated room. Front employee was the only person I saw and he didn't ask if I had a good stay or have any conversation. I registered online an he could t find my reservation at first. I was glad it was only 1 night!
The staff was friendly enough. I liked the proximity to malls and restaurants.
The chairs were stained. The sheets on the bed were somewhat wrinkled indicating to me that it was hastily made without concern for the customer. The Television was antiquated and the remote control did not function properly.
I dont like anything in this hotel
All of the above
very friendly and helpful staff.
My bathroom was dirty when i arrived.
Everything! We booked through bookings.com & when we got to Days Inn Cranston, staff said we don't have any reservation. Staff named Lyn was not very pleasant & helpful at all, she may be sleepy or doesn't know what she's doing but she was horrible. The place was dirty & had an awful smell. The bathroom tiles & sink were not properly cleaned. We have to buy disinfectant spray to use on door knobs & toilet seats because they were obviously not cleaned & disinfected well. The housekeeping man was filthy himself so how can you expect a job well done? I wonder how this place pass hygiene inspection, this should close down. The manager offered us to stay 2 more nights for the price of 1 but no way we can stay in such a filthy place. I will never stay in any Days Inn around the country & definitely would not recommend it to my family, friends & even acquiantances. This should be inspected by the state.
Price and availability
Not updated; not super clean, and hated door to outside.
compare with the other Days Inn I felt more welcome here by the staff members.
It was cheap.
It was disgusting. The room smelled like a wet dog, there were holes in the wall and bathroom door. The bed was uncomfortable. The tv was blurry and had poor sound quality.
