Nothing!!!!

It was dirty!! The staff were unfriendly!! It smelled and the rooms were falling apart. Would not let my dog sleep there. Karina O'Leary

Rooms were neat & clean, very accessible to car,mand parking.

The room was in terrible condition, the ceiling was peeling, mold in places, the bath/shower was not in very good shape and the heat did not work. If it had not been so late after a long day of travel we would have left.

We were suppose to have Queen beds... they were full. they used top sheets for bottom sheets so they didn't stay on the mattress.. It was really dirty.. the carpets were gross. Crud on the phone and just over all nasty...

Great location, close to airport and Providence city.

Omg! This is one of the worst hotels to stay in. Linens are old, toilet bowl stained, towels are faded and smelly, etc. Breakfast room is so small, maneuvering was a lot hard for my kids. Online price is different from what you get at the Reception counter. You really don't know what to expect. I had to be charged more than my online purchased price. Ridiculous!

Very dirty and smelly even the main Lobby was smelly as you walked in. I was afraid to put my bare feet on the carpet. I saw several streaks of something on the bedside tables, I wiped with one of the white washcloths and it was some very brown residue of what??? I am not sure....The bathroom ceiling had some areas of very dark mold .I slept only a couple of hours the entire night I was so disgusted, kept getting up and opening the windows for air to get in but could not leave it open since we were on the ground floor. Lots of loud and banging noises well into the 3am - 4am hours from neighboring rooms. I would never go there again....I would rather sleep in my car.

I was under the impression that with the Days Inn name you would be getting a nice clean and up dated room but this was not the case. The room had very old wall paper on the wall it was beginning to yellow and come off the tile on the walls in the bathroom was cracked and the grout was drity the carpet was drity we kept our shoes on all the time we were there you take a shower and walk across the carpet you had black feet when you sat down onthe bed or chair and had to wipe them off again and then put your shoes on to keep your feet clean.

The staff was very nice. I seemed safe

The facility is old and dated. Breakfast wasn't very appealing.

The only thing I like about it is that it is cheap

Dirty,no service,bad staff,non professional,i could not imagine that they knock on my door while I was having shower around 11 am to tell me that we have to leave the room in one hour,also,i asked for a towel,they asked me to come to the front disk to get it,no room service

Location was convenient, just in front of a shopping village with all facilities in Cranston.

There is one thing I simply cannot stand when I stay in a hotel: lack of hygiene. Especially in the bathroom. Not only did our room (no 161) smell bad when we entered ( as if it had not been ventilated), but the bathroom was really below standards you would expect whentravelling in the US: the toilet had brown stains in it, the bath tub had greyish stains of soap all over, the tiles were not clean, the air extraction on the ceiling disappeared under dust. Towel rack had ben repeatedly put back into place by an amateur DYIer and left unfixed. Bed sheets were not ironed, very thin and pilling. The state of the bathroom was so bad I took pictures of it. We would have loved to watch TV, as the room had one, but satellite reception was too poor to enjoy a full programme. A really disappointing experience. It looks like Days Inn has very limited authority on its managers and the standards they should keep up with.
