Near DFW airport. Upgraded us to suite when I told them we had just married. Clean and friendly and convient for early ovetseas flight.

Not much. Basic room only booked out of necessity for close proximity to airport and free shuttle.

After arriving late at night, had to wait about 30 minutes to check in with only one person ahead of me. Staff took too long. Didn't like the airport shuttle schedule; too long between departure times. Was given a room as far away from reception as possible; I had no car.

The complimentary breakfast was good though there are some simple solutions they could implement. Bananas, apples and oranges. The essential three.

I've used Days Inn in the past and was very satisfied. But our recent trip has completely changed my opinion on that. We could never get the wifi to work on any of our devices (and this is using Windows 8, iOS AND Android machines). I tried to call the front desk on several occasions, but rarely did a clerk pick up the phone (in fact it just rang and rang more often than not). I inquired about the internet problem to management in person but the issue was never resolved. We found not one but FIVE different Days Inn wifi connections and NONE of them worked. The few times I got management on the phone they said they would reset the router (sounds really low rent and unprofessional to me when they have to "reset" a router, which suggests they're using consumer grade equipment). There was also a lot of noise outside our room on a few nights. Folks just running up and down the balcony and generally partying until the early hours of the morning. It was pretty bad. Bring earplugs. On top of it all the room was really cramped. We could hardly move about the room without someone needing to get out of the way. If someone is using the desk then there isn't even enough space to get to the backroom. Finally, there was a serious lack of power outlets. In this day in age it's essential for a hotel to understand travelers have multiple devices that need to be charged or plugged in. I've stayed in quite a few hotels now and almost all of them have an ample supply of outlets installed on the desk, as well as LAN line internet connections. I would also complain about the antiquated TV connection only including RF, which doesn't allow us to interface with any of our non-stone age devices but I think I've said enough.

One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because it mentioned having a restaurant on site. After a long flight, this was essential. I turned up before 2200hrs to find the restaurant closed - I could have booked an equivalent hotel with no restaurant (which was in effect what I got) far cheaper.

Staff, clean, nice room and bedding

No restaurant on site - but they did advertise it on website - so no dinner available but delivery!

It was a last minute need that fit the budget and traveling as a single woman they made sure I felt comfortable and safe.

That there was no where to eat within walking distance but not the hotels fault

Shuttel was exellent

Bed was too soft, the breakfast was terrible, there was only 1 baggage cart. location was farther than was advertised.

The desk staff was friendly although they sometimes did not understand what I was asking. I think I may have left a Kindle on the bed by the window in Room 118. Can you check that for me, please? The bathroom floor had hair stuck in the corners, and the beds were made inside out. Bottom sheet covered by a blanket, top sheet as a bedspread. On March 16 and March 18. Please, please, respond about the Kindle I left in Room 118. Thank you.

A motel close to the airport and to the Grapevine Mills mall. Convenient to stay only 1 night.

Didn't have ph # from website booking to call for shuttle on arrival so had to take cab - expensive for short distance; no food or bar so had to walk next door;

I was given a complimentary upgrade to a queen suite (I'm not sure why) which had two clean, spacious rooms. The staff were smiling, friendly, and helpful. The fast food delivery menu came in very handy, and the shuttle to and from the airport was easy to schedule and arrived on time.

Everything was excellent I especially loved how they kept up with the cleanliness.

The only thing I did not like the most was the quality of the tv channels they only had a select few

Coffee pot did not work; bright lights from outside were annoying; periodic noise in front of door kept us awake; bed mattress sagged in the middle; towels were cheap

No directional signs to the hotel from the freeway even though a series of one-way roads make it quite convoluted. Major construction going on along the freeway and the gal at the desk had no information to help us get in and out. No maps available of the area at the desk either We travel with a pet, so usually one of us goes down to get breakfast to bring up to the other who stays in the room with the dog. This place monitors the breakfast area and does not allow you to bring food out! Even when we explained, the little gal had no "authority" to let us be an acception...

The staff were very professional and helpful. Room was immaculate and good size. The shuttle runs late enough in the evening and early enough in the morning.

Could not get any rest.very noisy hall ways. Heard every suitcase roll by loudly all night long. All note!; complained to desk no change after two notes of no sleep they finally moved me. Mostly unresponsive hated my time there

Bed was not properly made. Coffe pot was not clean and would not work. Maid was not trained or did not care.

It was very close to the airport (DFW). I stayed in a suite and it is very comfortable for up to four persons. The staff was helpful and professional. Thanks

The breakfast could be a bit more: add scramble eggs and bacon or sausage. Discontinue the cream gravy.
