Location - we were just stopping for a night, and visiting Midieval Times. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Moved room 3 times to get working a/c and no strange smell. Third room was good. It met all our basic needs. I wouldn't let our baby crawl on the floor.
Big clean rooms, the staff were very friendly, coffee making facilities.
WiFi didn't reach the room, breakfast miserly. Location is a bit out of the way for "uptown" where the bars and restaurants are located.
They were help ful
Hotel in the back with no windows is Scary!!!
Basic hotel at a basic price. The breakfast included in the price was a decent selection of cold food (cereal, bagels w/ cream cheese/jam, bread, muffins, juice, bananas, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, coffee/tea).
Mattress was too firm for my taste, but not too bad. The heater was very loud, so I woke up every time it kicked on during the night.
Price & location to our plan venue
Advertisement stated a pool & recreation room none available. Also thought I had book a room with frig & microwave neither available in the room. Don't recommend this hotel for a family hoping to entertain their children for evening after being in a vehicle for a few hours.
The location was great, as we stayed in town for a game at the American Airlines Center. The beds were super comfortable and the staff was nice.
Staff was nice and accommodating as well as helpful
Staff not knowledgable about transportation around hotel
The room was smoking but clerk said more effort was made to prepare the room for non-smoking by spraying extra heavy and that room had not been smoked in for at least a couple of nights. We appreciated extra effort made to try to cover up the cigarette smell.
We asked for a non-smoking room and when we arrived we were told that all downstairs rooms left were smoking. I think that there should be more non-smoking rooms made available.
the convenience to public train. 15 minute walk if you don't mind walking which we didn't. Great, helpful management, convenience to downtown/oaklawn district.Great rooms, clean, quiet, continental b-fast. on access in the lobby.
did not see public bus on market street considering all the nice hotels. but didn't really look.
Very spacious and clean room in good location. There is a Deny's 24/7 restaurant in front of the hotel. Steeve was very helpful and courteous
This hotel is nearby other big hotels and thereby I had some facilities to use in the other hotels.
It was a terribly overpriced hotel. For the service and rooms I would pay $50 the most, but not $170 as I have using booking.com. This place is a dump.
Easy to get to.
Old,unkempt, not very clean. I didn't like the fact that there were numerous Hotels within a block of this dumpy one. And I would have wanted to stay in any of them instead of Days Inn. I paid more money to stay there than I did at the Crown Plaza downtown Dallas. It was a dump and not even worth even half of the $227.00a night I paid to stay there.
They did not have my reservation from you on there computer. They did get the fax, but they said they did not know about booking.com
was not really clean there was not remote to the tv, had to change rooms because the bathroom was nasty.
