I booked because others in that location seemed to be fully booked. Nothing to recommend and will never choose again - dirty, run down, booking not received, incompetent staff to name a few.

The Days Inn Denver is at an excellent location when you have to catch an early flight from Denver Airport. Shuttle service between hotel and airport was very useful. Since we were returning to Europe after a four weeks vacation in the us, we were busy repacking luggage and returning a rental car.

There was no hot water in our room. I had to take a 3:30am shuttle to the airport because there was no room on the 4:00 or 4:30 shuttles. I didn't know you had to reserve space.

At check in, the clerk, without acknowledging us as we approached the check in counter, left to go to the lobby to assist someone with a computer. When he returned he was indifferent, no smile or welcoming words, did not volunteer information to be helpful. After he noted on the schedule that we would be on the 6:30 A.M. shuttle, when asked he told us breakfast begins at 6:30. The clerk told us we could grab some breakfast before we got on the shuttle. This service was unsatisfactory. The following morning we woke up to find a worm on one of the pillows.

decent rate. free shuttle to and from airport. Clean room. comfortable bed. Blazing hot in my room. air barely worked and woke up at 10 pm sweating under a thin sheet. power was out and no one would answer at the front desk. Land lines should still work with no power. electricity came on some time later..air never worked again.
