The convenience of using the valet parking for my car and riding the shuttle to the airport. The restaurant inside the hotel was terrible. All four of our meals were badly overcooked! Would never eat there again! McDonald's just down the street would be better.

The proximity to the airport and the price They hadn't updated the reservation (an error upon initial booking, then blamed bookings.com for it even thought I had an updated confirmation and they had a room avaiable.) Then they forgot our wake up call. The room was passable but very old.

was actually quite nice compared to what the hotel looks like on the outside. did not have a chance to visit the wings bar, looked lively and fun was not the most cleanly hotel i have been in. cieling in bathroom was dirtyl black, was not vaccumed well and the drawers had crumbs in them.

Really one minute from the carrental place. Not a new place but everything is okay. Simple restaurant. Friendely staff.

Rooms dark. TV was almost impossible to watch. There was a connection in back that needed attention. Our son works as cable installer. Had he had tools would have fixed it.

Location ... So close to the airport. The bed was great. The bed was great, but that was about it. Our door didn't close properly, it smelled like a smoking environment was being masked by a heavy aerosol, the laundry room looked like it had seen better days.

Close to Detroit airport. There was dirt piled up on the floor around the edge of the bed. Also, when we returned from our vacation and went to get our car from the Days Inn, they had our keys, but no car. It took us over an hour to find out where our car was. The front desk attendant had no idea and blamed it on the valet service, when in reality, it was the hotel's fault for not giving the valet service our keys in order to get our car. It was a horrible and frustrating end to our already long day of traveling. We will never stay at this hotel again.

It was convenient. Not helpful with transportation from rental drop off. Not helpful providing help with luggage and transportation for an elderly person. Did not get a wake up call as requested.
