easy walk to town
they could sort out the patio area behind the breakfast room and make it nice to sit out in-especially as there is no pool in this hotel
Outdated. Smelled like cigarettes
Price and Location were very good.
Doing remodeling, which was needed, but got LOUD too early in the morning.
Very friendly personnel and clean place. Quiet at nights.
American coffee is disgusting, but Days Inn is not to blame
Stayed here for the location. About 15 minute walk from Amtrak station and Red Hat Amphitheater. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They allowed me to check in early which I appreciate. Free breakfast and WiFi, which worked great. Room was clean and cozy. Towels were very scratchy but that was expected. At least bed was soft and plenty of pillows. Bathroom clean overall. Blow dryer available. Fridge and microwave in room was convenient. Felt secure at night - need a key to enter the hallways where the rooms are. Didn't have any issues during my two night stay.
Nothing major... Could always be priced cheaper, I guess, but for the location it is worth it.
Staff was great.
There was some noisey maintenance work going on in the morning
Breakfast great - access parking
No remote control for TV and security latch broken on door. Room did not resemble website photo. Carpet needs to be cleaned
Just better wifi connection.
Relatively good location (although not perfect for a person without a car). Cheapest option in the downtown area. Free wifi.
The staff was very rude at the arrival. The room was hot and the fan was too loud to leave it on for the night. House doors to the second floor were open most of the time, so everyone could enter the second floor corridors. No elevator. Bags of dirty sheets were lying around the corridors during all my visit. Next time I would pay a little bit more, but stay somewhere else.
This hotel needs to come off your list. It is in need of major renovations. The floors were not clean, the mattresses were old and uncomfortable, the remote for the TV was broken, the refrigerator did not work and in general was a very poor choice. Scheduled to stay for two nights but checked out after one. Did not receive a refund for the second night. Staff were pleasant but I would never stay there again!
Its in a good spot to walk to stores and relaxing also have good breakfast..
The price for a single is to much $89
Staff were very helpful, laundry was appreciated
The place was run down, corridor carpet filthy, rooms were ok but tired
Too much air freshner smell in the room
In regards to walking distance to area restaurants, bars & attractions, this was a great, affordable place to stay. Lots to do in the area!
The cleaning staff needs to do a better job . Found two dirty wash clothes hanging on the shower curtain rid, found the lid to the coffee maker behind the door. If they actually cleaned they would have found those items. How do you not see the lid if you vacuumed the floor. It was a very port place to stay. Will not stay there again
Convenient to all the places we needed to go.
Cigarette smell in coridor. (Minor)
Staff truly bent over backwards to help improve my stay. Breakfast was OK, especially given the small space. Room was clean, nice to have a fridge. Heat and hot water were plentiful, massage shower head new. My room was quiet, the wi-fi was great.
Cleaning products and "freshener" used were VERY strong, and I reacted badly to them. Staff helped find a room, additional fan, kept housekeeping from spraying. Mattress was worn out and uncomfortable. Furniture in general old and dinged up, chairs threadbare and stained. Hotel management should consider the effect of viewing piles of dirty laundry stored near the main entrance!
Just got to room 225 and look around for yourselves. Notice the broken lamp on the night stand, as well as the cut cord wrapped in tape. A piece of paper was stuffed in a whole in the shower and the floor looked like a dirt floor. I will do anything in my power to not let anyone I know stay there again.
Close to city center
Smelly and noisy room... Plus could not sleep because room right next to me made a lot of noise till 4AM...
Manager was very attentive and accommodating. Did her best with a poor situation.
No hot water during our 2 day stay.
Location was great for us. Staff was nice and helpful
Older rooms and it was small. There were stains on the ceiling from old leaks and it was just not as good as I would have liked for the price that we paid.
Lady at check-in and out was very friendly, room was comfortable.
Room was fine but could use some updating
Friendly staff, decent breakfast, location.
Old furniture including bed. Not so clean and noise from people walking through the corridor.
It was close to the college I was visiting and restaurants/ entertainment were close by.
It is costly
