Completely worth of the money and staff is very helpful, always help and guide us the route and for other things too, they gave really good suggestions. kitchen was always open, you can go in the middle of night if you want cup of tea or coffee.
8 out of 10 clean can do better
Walls are too thin
the room is clean and the bathroom is Spacious
We had been confirmed to check out at 12pm which was considered as a big favor and then next day at 10:30 we had been bombarded by phone call from the for front desk that we have to check out at 11am and later be told the confirmed request was not put in the system. For less price we can stay in four star Hilton and enjoy a little food bar.
20min walk to the nearest metro station
Bed was ok. Cleanliness ok. bathroom is clean but no, tub stand in shower only. breakfast is ok - regular but clean.
The noise from the hallway or other quest rooms..its not all that.. but, its decent clean. For queen bedroom (2 people) only 3 pillows? why not 4?
Not sure I liked anything
Poor attitude by some staff. Basic amenities were lacking.
It was relaxing, friendly staff, great service, the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch.
The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly.
The rooms are a bit small but comfortable
Staff, parking, kitchen
Only the location
Staff behaviour they should be more polite to the customer & also need know how to address guest, only the first person was polite which day I checked in & who was in the front desk at the evening. Breakfast item was very poor.
Bathroom not clean
The carpet is dirty .
I wanted a2nd floor room they gave me ground.... somebody in the hall was arguing loud at 10pm then next to me with a child they take out there child at 4am in the hall n the child is crying... then at 5am the same person that was in the hall at 10pm was arguing in the hall again I've never had a problem with other hotel I've been to.
The breakfast was better than Before while it was days inn
Often the bed was shaking as An mild earthquake
check in staff and housekeeping staff were all very pleasent location to metro was about 10 mins walk.
there was abuilding site next door .and the noise would start at 7in the morning.but then you do not go to new york to stay in bed.this was not hotels fault.
Value for money, clean, free breakfast, distance and accessibility to city destination
It's quite a long walk from the train station though bus station is nearby
The breakfast was better than i expected, the same every day but eat as much as you want, the ten to fifteen minute walk to the train station was ok and we bought a seven day go anywhere ticket for £31 each in my opinion great value
in the eight nights we stayed at the hotel the corridor and lift carpets were not hoovered once. the walls are paper thin, for the first three nights we had the pleasure of listening to a couple in the next room achieving rather loud orgasms, after they left we had to listen to a bloke on the phone till early hours in the morning till i just couldn't take no more and had to bang on the wall ,he did then turn it down a bit, not his fault im sure his calls were important.. some nights the ice machine in the hallway was very noisey.. i was very annoyed that when i went to pay with cash on checkout i was told they had already debited my card,no one had asked how i would like to pay. however the staff in general were polite and helpfull
nothing at all.
Poor hygiene, old sheets, dirty convenience, dirty rugs, old furniture. this place is below standard
Location and value for money.
Very rude Receptionist. On the night of our check-in (19th) the person was very very rude.
The wifi service and calmness of the environment.
The breakfast meal. Too poor for international foreign visitors
It was quiet, bathroom clean, comfortable, friendly staff. It might be good for people on a budget and willing to either long walk to subway or pay extra for car service.
No shuttle service, on expensive car service which changed from day to day, taxis did not know the hotel had to sort of guide to hotel, small room. Location was sketchy.
poor breakfast selection internet problems in business center
