No problems at all.

The staff were nice.

1. Location - right next to a busy road and I could hear every car & truck drive by. 2. I found little bugs in the room - little tiny beatles on/in the bed and on the floor. I left a collection of 7 dead bugs on the window sill and the cleaning staff didn't remove them. 3. We ran out of toilet paper and had to go to the front desk.

This was the second time I stayed at the Day's Inn and I found it comfortable. The staff was great and it was a great value.

Bookings.com really disappointed me in their overbooking of a secured hotel. We were routed to another hotel and told it was at least a 3 star hotel. This place was lucky to be 1 star. Unlikely to use bookings.com again.

The room was inexpensive and had a small refrigerator and microwave. Also had a King bed for a reasonable price. The hotel had very nice smelling shampoo and conditioner and lotion and included a makeup remover cloth, something that I had not seen before and I thought it was a nice touch.

I felt that the room was clean but some of the fixtures were not. The bedspread had stains on it and we removed it and put in on the floor and never used it. There were a couple of spots on the wall that looked like something had splattered and dripped. There was a coffee pot in the room, but nothing to drink the coffee with.

I felt the Days Inn in Federal Way was well located for our purposes. It was extremely clean and comfortable and at an excellent price. It met all of our needs.

We were quoted 3 different prices for the room, we changed rooms because of a broken stair that took 3 days to fix.

It was a very convenient location to what the reason we went to Federal Way. Many places to eat and shop.

I can't think of anything.

Phone didn't work. Tub stopper a real problem to seal. Ancient TV. Floor very spotted with stains.

Generally very favorable. Breakfast was very good and everything seemed to work as expected. The help was friendly and accommodating.

The shower/tub area could use a good cleaning around the base (black on the grout along the base of the tub) also a little black at the drain edge of the non-slip mat in the tub.

The waffles and breakfast the next moring was actually pretty good. I had a good evening until the next morning when I tried to make coffee. The caraf was not the original that came with the coffee maker and the water went into the basket with the filter and cofee but since the caraf wasn't tall enough to trigger the drip, it would not go into the carafe terefore, when I noticed this and tried to move it to the sink so it wouldn't make a mess on the counter when the hot water came at my hand and burnt me. I cleaned the coffee maker up and took it to the office to report it. They basically told me that the coffee maker worked just fine and they wold take a look at it. I said it several times and tried to explain it to them with no success. I wouldn't be surprised if they actually placed it back into the room.

I just hope they didn't put the coffee maker back into the room with out checking it out. I did enoy the quiet evening. Not really much to do so went to bed early.

My room had curtains that could not close, therefore, the outside lights were a bother. I did notice that most room's curtains did work. Also, there was a young group who were in a room close to mine and the noise they created was disturbing. They had no consideration for the other patrons of the hotel as they opened their doors and the noise could be heard by many people.

My room was very quiet.

That the room phone didn't work.

Location was convenient. Breakfast was more than we expected

The room I booked was not available! So they put us in a wheelchair access road didn't tell us the heater didn't work so the space heater kept us awake up night! Drain plug in sink didn't work.

Comfortable king size bed good tv channel selection free Wi-Fi great hotel for the price close to walmart Costco and wild waves great place for the price once again.

The parking was goofy and confusing had to push in on the door to lock the deadbolt breakfast was ok not that great just a good place for a night stay
