We stopped for a pre-cruise night...left car for 24 days and did one night upon our return. Excellent choice for similar situations....clean, comfortable, good breakfast, and the car was untouched after 24 days! We will definitely use them again!

Clean tidy hotel, free transport to Cruise Terminal. Ideal stopover before cruise Easy to get mixed up with other Days Inn in Ft Lauderdale(some not very good area) Breakfast basic,plastic cuterly but is incd in price

Staff was very cooperative They did not tell us when we arrived that there was a sign up sheet for the shuttle to the cruise ship. Staff worked us in on the shuttle

We liked the price and the fact that it had a free airport shuttle and free shuttle to the port for our cruise.

I would say the staff was excellent. I stayed before my cruise and left a bag there that I would pick up when I got back and they accomodated my request. Also get a Wyndham rewards account as with the number you get to stay in the renovated rooms on the 4th to 6th floor which are by far cleaner smell better and nicer. the room I stayed at before my cruise was on the 3rd floor. It smelled bad and was really old looking. Also the noise the ac makes.

Voor ons was dit een paar dagen voor en na de cruise. We waren de gehele dag op pad om Ft. Lauderdale en Miami te verkennen. Het was prettig dat er een zwembad was waar je na je dag stappen nog even op een stoel kon gaan liggen. Het personeel was vriendelijk behalve dan de geen hieronder en men was heel welwillend qua informatie. Wat wij niet als prettig hebben ervaren is dat één van de pers.aan de receptie niet echt vriendelijk was. Terwijl één van de kamers al lang klaar was liet zij ons toch uren wachten terwijl zij zag dat wij iemand bij ons hadden die invalide is.Iedere keer als wij vroegen op de kamer te mogen was het 15 minuten dit heeft 2 uur geduurd. We hadden geen recht van spreken want we mochten pas om 15:00 uur op de kamer en dat was het nog niet. De andere kamer was nog niet klaar op de begane grond zoals beloofd en toen wij terugkwamen (hadden de koffers op 1 kamer gezet)bleek dat er helemaal geen kamer op de begane grond was. Beloof dan niets. Het was niet een echt gezellig hotel en het ontbijt een flop.

we hadden een boeking via booking.com gedaan daar aangekomen hadden ze geen boeking van u ontvangen,daarna kosten gemaakt door naar booking.com met me mobiele telefoon gemaakt zeker 10 min uit amerika naar nederland,daarna kregen we toch een kamer maar deze lag net naast de highway dus geen oog dicht gedaan,dus een hele slechte ervaring over dit hotel en zonde van mn geld allemaal,hopende dat u hier iets mee kan doen.mvg Dwp van Ooijen
