Location was great for our itenery. Staff was friendly.
The property needs a total renovation.
Since my reservation through booking.com did not require a credit card, they did not hold a non-smoking room. The first person I spoke to gave me a smoking room and told me to check back in the morning for a non smoking room. I came back a little later and spoke with another employee and they put me in a non-smoking room.
The rooms where extremely out dated! With broken furniture and a tv from the 90's that "snowed". We we're simply there for one night to rest our head while traveling but we slept terrible, because my husband and I were awake every hour checking on our children because of the location and other customers!
Accommodations were great, service and staff was excellent, room was very clean with no problems. Only had one incident while staying for two days.
Ice machine too far away for handicapped guests. Excessive noise at 4am above us with several people in the same room: stomping, slamming doors, dropping heavy items onto floor and hollering from room to vehicle. Called front desk with no answer.
Dirty room and aggravation from the staff.
the room was okk
location was only fair. Restaurant was poor
Uncleaned and very dirty rooms with defective microwaves and refrigerators.
As you turn on the a/c, you start smelling it. I doubt they have never cleaned the filters. TV- was from -80s and remote control did not work.
They have truck parking which is a plus. It was pretty quiet except for the police rolling in at 0130 with lights and sirens.
Very poor WiFi. I could have stayed in my truck but got a room to do some work on my laptop. Connection was poor and non existent at times.
The price was great!
Dirty ashtrays in the room!
The location being so close to Common Ground Vineyard Church
The hotel used to be around between 40 and 50 dollars a night and now it was 60. The price, quality and location should matter. Should have been in the 40 dollar price range.
Stale odor in lobby area. Hot water didn't work at night. Also, front desk only off shampoo and soap additional toiletries. No lotion. Late checkout as extended from 11:00am to 11:30am
Filthy hotel, smelled like wet dog.
Clean and quiet. If you are looking for an inexpensive and clean place to spend the night, this would fit the bill. Could use some upgrading, but it was clean.
Convenient Location. Only there for a one night stay and did not have high expectations.
Old motel-like AC units have a musty smell when first started, but seemed to clear once running.
ac worked good
the pool was closed for repair and no ice machine
Good price for what you got. Pool was very nice
Hotel was quite old and in need of updating but clean. We had 2 rooms on the ground floor right next to the pool which was convenient but meant everyone could see in as there were no nets or blinds.
it smelled horriable, when i check in the lady at the desk was rude. the room had hair over the bathroom floor. spots over the sheets on bed. i was very unhappy
The room was dirty, had an odor and there was mold spores present, the T.V. was not functional and the electricity stopped working. I have a sleeping disorder in which I sleep with a cpap Machine. Since there was no electricity this became a health issue and that's on top of mold. I am also a licensed inspector, there will be a formal complaint made. All I asked for was to be comped for my stay and that was refused.
There was no WiFi in our room when we arrived. We asked for another room and were told there was nothing wrong with the connection, yet we couldn't hook up 3 devices and they couldn't move our room. The TV did not work well. We could not get moved until the next day. Our first room was a smoking room and our second was non-smoking. World of difference between the roe. You could hear the TV over the A/C unit, the TV was modern and the bedspreads had no holes. The biggest problem with all rooms is not enough electrical sockets got charging your cellphones or using computers on the desk. It's ridiculous.
Proximety to a resturant. Where my wife lost her camera. But is handed in and collected the following morning.
Poor WIFI reception in the room and carpets were a bit threadbare in places.
Insects/bugs all over the reception desk No TV Old and dated rooms with mismatched furniture Holes in the carpet No hot water Intermittent wifi Rude staff
Ned was great and the place was clean.
The grill next door. We went in no one said anything and then we sat ourselves. We gave the lady almost 15 min and nothing, so we left. We were the only people there.
