    - Quiet, even though huge complex - Nice staff - Balcony

    The location and the restaurant attached to hotel

    The brick wall outside our balcany for 4 days. They ran out of towels and would take ours and we wouldnt have any in room and had to go down and get them. Couldnt sleep in for room service was at 8,30 am. And not enough parking . We always haf to park in parking lot across the street.

    the rooms are clean the staff goes over and beyond the beds are comfortable late check out

    I think we over paid due to the concert but that's ok the halls need to be deep cleaned in the hallway you can smell smoke, but its not thick

    The room came with a fridge, microwave, and balcony. It is conveniently located near the freeway.

    There was a roach in our bathroom. We asked to be compensated for the issue but was just kinda blown off by the staff, who really needs to take some customer service training.

    Glendale is centrally enough that it was easy to get around.

    The wi-fi was a joke. I think it's false advertising that they claim to offer wi-fi. If you are traveling on business or from out of country and internet access is necessary, do no consider this hotel. When I contacted the front desk, they told me to contact their internet supplier myself which I found to be rude and dismissive. Should I also contract a plumber if I walk into the lobby rest room and the toilet is erupting a torrent of fecal matter?

    Nice room, great location. Staff was very pleasant

    The pork chop dinner at the restaurant was horrible, totally indedible. even the steamed broccoli had an off taste and the dinner roll was rock hard. I did get a BLT as a replacement which was good. I would never order anything other than a sandwich there again. Maybe that's why you don't offer room service from them any more?

    Location of the property is great

    It never ends keep short misses out on basic hotel requirement from security to over used rooms and old furniture . Over priced for what it is . Checked out three days before date and after one week still waiting to receive my credit of paid rooms.

    The bar gives you passes to take ur drinks to your room Housekeeping was very nice and helpful

    I got a non smoking room because I don't smoke but my boyfriend does and he couldn't smoke out on our balcony.

    Great location, easy to get anywhere. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. Good value for the price.

    Weak unreliable Wi-Fi, very frustrating when trying to get online. Had to use lobby computers to access maps.The hotel restaurant had a limited menu and no refills on most drinks. TV channels were very limited.

    Location was great, rooms good size and the restaurant was very nice.

    The spa was slimy, bathrooms needs some work and the balcony railing was lose.

    The room was clean and the staff was polite.

    I asked for a quiet room since I had to get up early and was two rooms away from the elevator and heard it going all night. My balcony view was an awful roof. Also, if the staff is quietly informed that you are a solo, female traveler, it would be great if they could remember that and not ask for your room number and last name too loudly when there are other travelers around.

    Hotel room comfort was better than other 3 Stars Hotels of LA area , like 4 stars. Staff were helpful.

    Parking area is not enough.Security is less for area. Wi Fi was terrible.

    Perfume smell in the elevators. Seemed to linger as you got off on to your floor too. Just too strong. Wish it had a continental breakfast included.

    Excellent staff upon check-in, two knowledgeable women. All questions answered. Friendly. Outstanding breakfasts as always at the Pioneer Café on the ground floor. I appreciated the two rooms I rented being side by side.

    I did not want smoking rooms. Booking through "booking.com" did not allow me a choice. The rooms were very clean though, but the smoke stench in one room was moderate. I put the ladies in the least-smelly room, & me & my sons in the stinky room. One thing I did not like--late at night, a Pepsi vending machine on the 5th floor said "Gatorade" on one selection, & I paid for that selection but the machine gave me a bottle of water when I bought it. To make sure I didn't make a mistake, I paid again & made the same selection, & same thing happened--more bottled water, when the button said "Gatorade." At 11 p.m., I don't want water when I paid for Gatorade. The dude at your front desk was not very friendly, said it was the Pepsi vendor's fault. Didn't initially offer a solution. He eventually relented after making me feel guilty a bit guilty for demanding refund. Let me be clear: whomever Days Inn uses for vendors is not my problem--that is YOUR problem. If I pay for Gatorade, I want Gatorade, & your front desk should cheerfully give me a refund if you can't get competent people to stock your vending machines. Do you really want someone paying you $200 for two rooms for one night, to be upset over $3 in botched vending machine selections? My recommendaition to you: Get on the Pepsi route man & give him hell for causing guests' upset; and let front desk know to not blame a cash paying customer, for requesting a refund for incompetent vending machine stocking practices.

    The Hotel was clean and well maintained with lots of parking.

    The internet was very slow, in the mornings after 8am and in the evenings, I had to get up very early to ensure good internet and a faster connection.

    Easy to find. Older hotel, but very clean and comfy. Nice outdoor pool and spa. Beat value hotel and only 8 minutes to Universal Studios Hollywood.

    Old school TV in room. No video on demand or DVD player so movies are a no go.
