Bookings.com said it was pet friendly. This hotel did not allow pets. The dog had to spend the night in the car.
The cleanliness was great. Breakfast was awesome. Most of the staff was friendly.
How I was quoted one price from management and on arrival a different higher rate. Some of the staff can use some improvement of their people skills.
Service, rood, not friendly
The beds were nice and the staff was friendly.
I don't like the motel setup - room doors face the parking lot. It feels less secure than a hotel with interior rooms.
We found the room very clean and comfortable. The king room we were in had a sofa, desk with an ergonomic chair, good size fridge and microwave. We also used the hot tub and the pool - both of which were very clean. This hotel provided value for money, plus some.
Breakfast was pretty basic - hot food not very appealing.
Staff not helpful. Found room locked second day because they had reservation wrong. Pool was green with algae. Left day early and went to another place.
Everything except the Breakfast.
Food selection was minimal and at 6:30 The hot food bins were already pretty much empty and I had to ask if there was any more food. I had to wait for a refill of one item and the other 2 were not filled. While I was waiting 3 people came and looked in the hot food bin saw there was nothing grabbed a danish (which had a minimal selection also) and left. Also while waiting I saw the fruit bin had about 2 apples and no other fruit but upon leaving I could see bananas and some other food sitting on the chair in the office desk. Why the bins were not at least 1/2 full and checked so they could be be restocked I don't know but I stay at lodgings a lot and there is always someone cleaning and checking the food area and making sure everything is full. This was on Friday morning I did not eat breakfast on Thursday morning. This was my first stay at a Days Inn.
Parking for company truck - had to double park.
Clean and comfortable.
Gave us a room on second story and many stairs.
The rooms were VERY clean and well equipped
A little bit of a challenge climbing front steps to room but great view from that side
The hotel was being remodeled. There was a 1"gap in the front door had to place pillows to stop cold air coming in. Was bitten by spiders or some kind of bugs. Breakfast was cold, no fruit, jelly was dried out. Will not stay there again.
pool was ICE cold...left too early for Breakfast
Toilet handle was broken, couldn't flush a/c unit wouldn't cool, had to move rooms, swimming pool was closed
According to your site, Days Inn is pet friendly. Apparently it isn't! When we were leaving we had an encounter with a angry, hostile man who claimed to be the manager even though he had no name badge or stated his name. He demanded our room number and threatened to charge us for our undeclared dog, even though when we booked on line we stated that we would be bringing a dog. We gladly paid the fee, but the treatment given by this hostile rude person left a lasting impression and we will never stay at a Days Inn again.
