Windows In bathroom dint seem secure, thought someone was watching me, window seem like it was connected to another room or hall, didnt want to be to noisy and something jump out and get me...lol
Overall, for the price the room was quite good. Shower was good, bed well made up.
The overpowering smell of mold. Visiting in winter is tricky because we want to ventilate the room, but don't want to open the windows in below freezing temperatures. Can't say I felt very healthy staying in that room.
Mattress was covered with a pad that barely covered the middle of the bed. which was covered with a thin white sheet. The bed had hair all over the sheets and looked like it had been slept in. Towels had stains
The property has been here for years but many rooms have been updated and are nice. The location very good, and near. Q. U , ramp to. I. 91 both north and southbound. Many restaurants and shopping. I d stay here again
Great room!!!! Clean, modern and comfortable.
Some street noise - ext time will request a room facing the back(ask for the second floor).
No coffee or breakfast until 7am..... Most poeple are up At 5/6am for work when staying here on business. And I think most poeple are
nice quiet relaxing private
the carpet had rug burns an shower curtain was moldy...
Te room was very nice.
The shared coridor was in need of renovation as the carpet in bad condition and had an odor.
The fact that it is 5 minutes from QU is great and the price is about half of other nearby hotels! I was literally in the room for less than 12 hours....slept, showered and left. It is for these reasons that I have chosen this facility and will likely do it again.
When I found a used bar of soap and a shampoo bottle cap on the top edge of the shower, I was kind of grossed out. The rest of the bathroom was clean. Also one of the pillowcases on the bed was very wrinkled and gray. I chose to leave that one on the floor. Fortunately, there were 2 other acceptable ones. The rest of the room was clean.
Confort of the bed and cleanliness
Is impossible to sleep with this noise, the windows are very old and the noise of the cars in the road makes the stay in the room a nighmare
Close to the location of our event, clean bathroom. Rooms in the rear of the hotel are very quite.
First room smelled of heavy cigar smoke, inside hallway to get to rooms, had a foul odor like vomit. parking was tight with spaces taken up by trailers and vehicles covered, permanently stored there.
Location Bed Personnel
Room and Kitchen area ok; not really clean. Room had a stale smell; like someone had smoked in there. Bathroom in ok condition.
Housekeeping was very accommodating. GREAT orange juice and raisin bread.
Bed a little uncomfortable but I suffer from back problems and only sleep well on my mattress at home.
The price was good
How the smoke alarm was going off as we were trying to sleep.

The orange juice was actually quite good. The mattress was excellent. Easy parking.
The front desk locked up & no way to contact front desk without feeling guilty. USELESS tiny non-absorbent towels. Noisy (right ON the busy road). Torn furnishings. Minimal water pressure. Images online of new hotel, but we were booked into old motel wing.
FS1 is not on the cable system, so the baseball playoffs were not available.
Convenient location to where I needed to go.
Continental breakfast was terrible-not many options available.
I liked that the location was not located in Hamden, we avoided the traffic.
the bed was so high that I had to use a chair to climb in bed, this meant 4 times during the night I had to do this to use the bathroom. Didn't have grab bars in the bathroom, we are senior this option would have been great. Did know that our room would be on the second floor, I realize now that I should have asked that question.
I have been staying 2 times before at this hotel.
Price was reasonable and proximity to highway
Close quarter parking especially for full size pick-up truck.
Refrigerator didn't work. Electrical outlet between the beds was not working so I had no phone, alarm clock, or lights at the nightstand. My son plugged his charger into one of the other outlets and the lamp started flickering. The room had a damp, musty odor and the reception area smells like a litterbox. It is extremely noisy due to proximity of the road, even though I asked for a quiet room..The bed and pillows were not comfortable. I mentioned the electrical issues upon checking out and was told they would have the maintenance man look into it. I guess you get what you pay for but the relatively low rate does not compensate for the poor conditions.
