The bed was fair.
The smoke free room (#315) had a strong smell of smoke. I had to leave the window open all night.
Great location. Slept well and I guess that's the point.
Traveling from NYC to Boston, it was right off the highway before the big jam as you get onto Route 84 East, so a convenient place to stop. Staff nicely helped me figure out how to use the TV remote. Room was reasonably furnished and clean.
The setting is a bit creepy, in a kind of industrial environment. The lobby is small and not very inviting. The coffee was not very good and breakfast minimal, but that is typical for a low-budget hotel.
Nice rooms for cheap price very friendly and helpful staff try to make any accommodations
Had to change rooms 2 times. One smelled like smoke one next to noisy elevator really old TVs
The staff was corteous and quick with all requests. They made our stay pleasant.
The room needed improvements. Bathroom toilet and tub were not good. But in their defense there was a sign that said they were renovating.
Price and accomodations
Hard to find, street signs bent and lacking, hotel logo not visible
Trying to find in darkness was difficult. More lit signage would be helpful.
Location of room, cleanliness of room, quietness at night.
Breakfast offerings were skimpy.
It was so easy to check in. The location was great. Very quiet and close drive to anything. Bed was comfy. It was jus an over all good experience. One night my bf and I were locked out and his friend wouldn't wake up and the front desk clerk got us room keys right away. It was so nice.
One night could smell someone smoking weed really bad outside but it didn't effect our room or our stay at all.
Easy access to Hartford Seminary. Quiet clean and beautiful room. Perfect temperature. Helpful and pleasant staff at all hours.... All for a bargain price!!!
Oatmeal needed salt.
The hotel was definitely a good price. But I got what I paid for.
The room was pretty small, and the beds were a bit unfomortable. I seemed an inconvenience to the staff. and the professionalism was low. I had a maintenance employee knock on my door at 2:45am one night, turns out he had the wrong room. But it terrified us at first and gave us that unsafe feeling no one should ever feel at a hotel. I will not be going back.
The room was clean and had a microwave as well as a nice continental breakfast. Since there were two of us I liked the sink outside the bathroom area. One could shower while the other did her hair and makeup.
Did not like the elevator. Clunky and scary. Used the stairs which I'm not suppose to do but it was good for my piece of mind.
Staff is good
location is a bit far from transportation
nice place, comfortable and the staff was very helpful
Nothing except the manager did give us credit for two nights so we could leave after one night and not stay the three we had planned.
Plastic, bullet proof enclosure fordesk clerk; holes in blanket; mold in bathroom; wallpaper falling down; sink falling off the wall; dent in room door; three steps from the lobby to the elevator so we had to carry our luggage up and down.
Staff was friendly and warm. Price was fair for no frills.
Hotel needs repairs. Entrance had a ramp that was hard to see. Mini fridge was loud.
Cheap price, for a quick stay good for the money
It's a cheap hotel so if you looking for fancy you not guna find it here.
the room is urge an big
Room was big and spacious if not quite well furnished. Young man at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice
There were signs saying "pardon our mess" while we redecorate. There didn't seem to be any mess although it certainly wasn't like walking into a Marriott. It was all pretty bland and while the free Wi-Fi was good the free breakfast was lacking.
I liked that it was fairly inexpensive.
You get what you pay for.
I. Liked the breakfest
The wat the bathroom did not have a sink and mirror
The noise level especially at night. The towels were dirty with stains . The wall in the room had a hole in it. There was spot on the elevator floor. There was a dog next door barking which was crazy because there is supposed to be no dogs allowed and I pretty sure I got a contact high from people in the hotel smoking weed.
Facility was very outdated and worn looking. Stayed there on route to Camden. The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable.
