availability of booking lack of details like bed frame not screwed together, toilet ran all night and room not tidied during three nights at motel. Folks asked if we wanted anything and we did request clean towels daily. Should have been routine with room. Didn't empty trash during our 3 nights there.

Conveience Not very organized. I was called twice one evening to verify a wake up call that I had not asked for. Was a little annoyoning. Had to ask for two days to have remote control fixed.

The staff was courteous and had great recommendations about the area. There was writing on the wall, the carpet looked worn and nasty and the towels were rough. Only two of the four lights in the room worked (the other two didn't have light bulbs in them). The coffee table was also broken.

the woman at the desk was nice. It was not at the location I thought. The room was not very clean, there was no blanket on the bed, no closet, no extra pillow or blanket in the room, no WIFI until after 11:15pm. It was not a very safe feeling hotel.

Shuttle to High Point Market. Continental Breakfast. Great location, fast food, grocery store nearby, right beside interstate. Weak wifi signal.
