I like the receptionist very friendly, kind and very helpful. I love the room very clean and the bed is comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast room is clean and fresh food. The parking lot is well lighted and had enough space for each car (no worries about denting my car). The hotel is simple but classy Well, in the morning somebody clean the area around the swimming pool or walk way and I'm afraid for my mom by walking on wet grounds. Too much water and very wet and slippery. I think the carpet needed a new one to add more neatness.

Location was good, 10 minutes away from the walk of fame. But please make sure you're walking the right way. We read the map upside down and we got where lost angels are in the city of night :) Room (101) with window to an interior corridor and under the stairs! Next to the breakfast room, very noisy and uncomfortable. No crocoaches (which is good) but it was really smelly. They charge the parking as well. 130 bucks for a unpleasant night, I won't come again.

Un muy buen hotel en relacion precio calidad, habitaciones limpias y buenos colchones. esta en un exelente ubicacion a solo una cuadra del paseo de las estrellas y a 10 min del mirador de la montaña con el nombre de holliwood. tambien esta como a 20 min de santa monica. me parecio yn exelente hotel

Localizacao: Excelente! Uns 5 min a peh da Calcada da Fama. Vaga de garagem: usd 10.00 por dia, garagem no subsolo ampla com diversas vagas (valor mais barato que encontrei nas redondezas) Hotel: simples e antigo Quarto: com colchoes e lencois otimos, quarto silencioso e com carpete. Banheiro limpinho, com chuveiro gostoso. Ar-condicionando e tv ok. Cafe da manha: cafe, leite, chah, diversos paes, cereais de otima qualidade, sucos e frutas. Servico de Late Check-out foi solicitado e soh foi autorizado ficar apenas uma hora a mais. Foi possivel tb deixar as malas no hotel, sem cobranca de nenhuma taxa apos o late check-out. Wi-fi gratuito com sinal otimo no quarto. Atendimento no geral foi otimo e rapido.

I liked that it was so close to Hollywood Blvd. It was very clean and I felt very safe leaving my car. Over all I loved staying there It was a little small. But we weren't there most of time so it didn't matter.

It is in down town hollywood As per your website hotel is having shuttle service from Bob hope airport whichis totally incorrexct and that cost me $60 extra. It does not look good as taking that in to consideration I could have choosen Mariaat or hampton, so your incorrect information has caused me a lot . Also found noises from adjacent room or top floor room around 1 and 2 in nights both days. Which is totally unacceptable in any hotel.
