Value for money was amazing. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very very convient as its right next to metro bus and metro subway. (2 stops on subway to hollywood) Good little diner right next door.

Everything!!! It really took me by surprise how wonderful the room was for the money I paid for. I really hope that it stays reasonable always. The staff has excellent customer service skills, really impressed.

The staff was truly very nice from the desk office from the maids! The location is perfect. The comfort of the rooms. The pool.

Missing spaces for clothes in the rooms. Noisy neighbourood and neighbours.

Great location-right beside the metro station. Two stops away from the main strip in Hollywood. Staff was awesome. Restaraunt on site was amazing. Ate there every morning. Good area, not scary at night, free parking and free wifi that actually works in the rooms unlike a lot of other places that I have stayed.

Our room wasn't ready when we checked in but she had ungraded us for free anyways so we didn't care! Just hung out by the pool while we waited!

Cost

Floors were very dirty. Sinks and bathtub drained very slowly. Bugs (not bedbugs, but still gross). One of the beds had broken springs.

Clean, modern, great quick service. Nice staff!

Clean room, excellent value for a family of 5, free parking, free WiFi, good Hollywood location, felt very safe.

No kettle/jug in room for tea making, fifth bed while good to be available was a bit uncomfortable.

Coffee pot and fridge broken staff told never fixed or replaced. Was given a fifty dollar discount. Needs some upkeep but clean.

I appreciated the responsiveness and professional manner of the staff. When I arrived, there was a problem with my room. Every effort was made to resolve the problem and insure my comfort as a guest. I must admit that I was a satisfied guest and I would consider staying on the property again.

At first, I didn't like the fact that there was a problem with my room (I'd had a long day and was ready to get some sleep), The only other thing that was a minor inconvenience was the absense of a snack vending machine (it was late and area stores were closed).

The staff was friendly and responsive. There was plenty of free parking. The room was nicely decorated with hardwood floors, flat screen tv, faux leather headboards, faux flowers, and full-length mirror. The metro station is right next door as is Von's and Ross (in case you forget anything). The microwave and refrigerator were convenient and worked well.

The soles of my feet were black by the end of the night and I only walked barefoot inside the room (ewe!). There is a lack of table surfaces, only a 1-foot wide bar next to the fridge. The sheets were comfortable but unusually thin. Some paint was chipped but not that big of a deal. The worst part of the stay was in the morning when the housekeepers showed up, they carried on loud conversations just outside our window while we tried to sleep! The girl at the front desk fixed the problem though so it was ok. Just don't get a room near the housekeeping room and you'll be fine.

I got bed bug bit after first day stay, checked my bed found little black bed bug, I'm covered with red swelling itch spots. never happen in the past anywhere elso, this is really disapointing, shame for me Still got a week to visit USA,
