The easy access to malls.
The guy in the morning reception treated me badly, he made me next time I wont stay in the hotel again.
friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, great TV service, and strong wifi signal
Breakfast selection was subpar
Good shower, Breakfast included
Large gap between door and frame felt unsafe and was drafty.
Location; safety; friendly staff
Bed was comfortable.
I had changed reservation using booking.com 5 days in advance from 2 nights to 1. The staff did not change my reservation and had already billed my credit card before we even arrived at the hotel. They found the reservation change after I showed proof then they found the change. We just completing staying at 10+ hotels and none of them billed our credit card before we stayed. Poor practices at this hotel! Breakfast was poor (waffles only thing hot) and bathroom in room had black mildue in tub and outside at the floor. Awful!
nice big rooms
the beds were very comfortable
the guy that checked us in was very rude and made my mum very uneasy, nothing to do around the location, not really a hot breakfast only thing really hot was toast and coffee. the wifi is very intermittent. be aware they attempt to take the money from your card before you even arrive.
All the things you expect from Days Inn
Interesting area !
Vicky was wonderful. She is good.
The price was really good.
This hotel looks very old and is not in a good location. The neighborhood is not nice.
The front desk manager was as accommodating as she could be.
I had made a reservation but there were no rooms available when I showed up. The manager went to quickly clean a room that I could sleep in, but I had to wait for a while. I asked her twice if the internet was working while she was checking me in and she said it was. The internet was not working when I got to my room and the guy at the front desk only said "no other guests have told me this," which was not helpful. He was not able to reset or troubleshoot the internet at all. The front desk personnel should be given all the tools necessary to properly prepare for reservations and repair the internet. I called and was not given any information about when I could talk to the GM. I was told I could get a discount if I go back to this hotel, but I won't be going back.
Clean Cheap Good wifi Decent breakfast
Bit far from the Galleria
The staffs were very helpful and nice. They were willing to go a mile to assist. Best of all they were cheerful. Vikky, marvel. And the supervisors all did their own bit. I sure will use this hotel when I come to Houston again.
I could not open the the faucet for the Shower, I had to call the Front office to get it turned on this need to fixed Room 107 a few weeks ago I stayed at the same Days in in Room 120 and had the same problem.
Front desk staff on my day leaving the Hotel. Did not like the treatment.

Very clean property, friendly & courteous staff. The manager Andrea was very friendly and helpful. Anytime we come back to Houston we will be staying at this property.
Faucet in bathtub drips, not loud enough to keep you awake but you can hear it.
Nice comfy beds and coffee with really good breakfast just what we needed
Location for my purposes. and price. It had been many years since I'd been in the area and needed a reasonably priced room for one night before a business meeting.
Feeling unsafe. Noticed immediately several persons who may have been using facility on a regular basis for illicit purposes...at least that was the impression as I arrived at 9 pm with several women lounging on the balcony outside their rooms.
I liked evry thing in the hotel, evry thing was beyond expectation.
Staff made an effort, location was good.
When we arrived, blank carbon copy of CC was required, due to bad guest habits in the past, I assume? Then there were no bedsheets, pillows etc. on the bed in our reserved room, and we were assigned to the "Disabled Persons Room". Everything was very basic and bathroom was old. The price of $100/night was too high for the quality of this hotel. Will not return to this hotel.
wifi was out for one whole day poor breakfast not the best neighborhood
The staff and the efforts made by them to assist me in my stay. The Hot Breakfast - oatmeal, waffles, toast from either white, wheat or raisin beard, fruit - small selection, cold cereal, coffee and juice, etc.
Wi-Fi dropped out couple of times due to heavy rain.
Fast easy check in. Large room. Right near McDonalds.
Very expensive! No ironing board in room, lights in bathroom failed and needed to be reset, NOISY from road traffic and clunky old a/c, phone rang at 2am and woke me up.
