The room was immaculate. Again better than I thought it would it be. I had to call several times before checking in, but the staff was super friendly and didn't seem like I was bothering them at all. This was a last minute booking and I was cringing at the though of staying in what was described as a 2 star hotel, but the cleanliness and friendliness surprised me. When I asked for directions because my gps was not giving me proper ones, the staff was right on with directions giving me the easiest way to get there. I've stayed at some boutique hotels and the beds here were much more comfortable. Great rate for one nights stay. It was perfect to say that I booked at the last minute. Also breakfast was good. The lobby was furnished tastefully. Overall, I would stay there again and more than likely I will when visiting San Antonio area.
Towels were thin, but no biggie, because I usually travel with my own. No lotion in the complimentary kit and toothpaste available for me to buy or use. The furniture in the rooms could stand some updating, but again, no biggie because the pros outweigh the cons.
location, price, rooms are good.
They really did get me all my requests again, stayed there already twice in the last three weeks.
It was very clean and most of the furniture was I very good shape not worn and ugly.
hard to get into facility (sign is hidden). Lobby was locked a lot also.
We were not satisfied with anything, but cancellation was before November 4th, or loose our money.
Even doe the "Do Not Disturb" sign was on the door. Someone entered our room daily and sprayed strong air freshener to cover up the dirty carpet smell.
The staff was very helpful. The room was very big, and the beds were very comfortable. There was really nothing to complain about. Great hotel for the price.
The breakfast bar could use a bit more variety, maybe some fruit. But it was nice.
This hotel was close to where I worked while I was in Texas
Bed could have been a little softer but otherwise a great stay
The bed is good and have all the basics
The room smell like humidity
The staff was friendly.
The breakfast options weren't that good. The fridge and microwave plug-in was controlled by the on/off switch for the light. The food in it didn't stay cold.
No sugar free options at breakfast
Friendly staff and a clean and very nice hotel.
I really liked the front desk staff. They were friendly and helpful. The lady in charge of the breakfast was great, made sure the guest had everything they need.
The staff was very nice and helpful with us trying to find an apartment. They told us the best side of town and other helpful info. It was very quit.
My babies clothes (she crawls)& our socks got very dirty from the rug.
Everything was excellent
Everything was great no problems
The fresh scented rooms, as well as the check in area, were very clean and comforting. Smelled great! The room had very clean linen and you could not hear the noise outside of the room which was fantastic! I liked this hotel alot.
The only thing that is unfortunate is that check out is at 11am. I overslept not realizing that check out was at 11 and I got hounded by the staff. I got a phone call exactly at 11 then I got a knock at the door ten minutes later as I was trying to hurry to get out of the room. I work for a major hotel and in cases like mine we offer our guests a later check out so it would had been nice if the staff simply offered me a later check out without me having to ask for one. I didn't ask for one, instead, I hurried out of the room as fast as I could. Other than that, four of the lamps did not work but I didn't complain about it. I just stayed one night and hardly was in the room so no big deal.
Dirty rooms and dated facility, noisy and unfriendly staff, not recommend to any of my friend,
It was clean and rested well. The breakfast bar was good. The room was very spacious. Loved it. Some of the staff members(female)were very friendly and helpful.
We couldn't be by the pool after 10:30pm being the weekend. The gentleman that checked us in(my sister and I) was very rude,he overcharged me some Fiesta Tickets that were suppose to be charged on my sisters debit card(which were charged on her card too). I got a notification from the bank of that charge and that I got charged for the room twice,I immediately informed him of his mistake and all we got was yelled at in front of other people that were waiting on getting their rooms(it was 10:30pm). Those charges are still pending on my account. That is Very upsetting,I was limited financially to my weekend spending due to these extra charges so I wouldn't recommend anybody to stay there unless its paid in cash. Obviously some staff members are not properly trained when it comes to making debit transactions and most importantly CUSTOMER SERVICE.
My husband and I stayed only one night, and it was not what we expected. It was pricey and overrated. We saw a small roach crawling on our bed the day we were checking out. We specifically requested a quiet room, and we got a room on the ground floor next to the swimming pool where we could hear everything. We are not disabled, and our handicap-accessible bathroom had a broken shower rack with nowhere to even hang the handle on, so we took turns holding the shower handle. The water pressure was very weak so it took forever to rinse off, and the floor stayed wet until the afternoon after an early evening shower. We will definitely not be coming back.
staff breakfast is not so good, too small place,if you arrive later, less option
The times and if you were late nothing was there to eat, not a very good selection
milam patel helpful , couteous, professional
There was a stain on the bedding. The 'Pool Party' did not end until well after 10:30pm, and the several guests yelling back and forth to each other at 1:00AM was only topped by them working the ICE machine for 10 minutes filling their coolers at 1:05-1:15AM.
It was cozy
Not enough towels
