“ Clean, comfortable, free breakfast. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Close to Interstate 90 and close to many restaurants. Also, Rapid City has a great downtown area which is worth seeing. ”

Good location . . . clean enough People were allowed to eat breakfast without shoes on and toddlers with only sagging soiled diapers one ONLY had on the diaper the other a diaper and shirt NOT good!!!! Sink area not user friendly for a woman with skin and hair products etc . . not enough room

Our stay here was excellent. Staff were super friendly and even suggested a local place with a live band we went to to dance. Room was clean, spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. We stayed 2 nights and I definitely would have stayed longer if I had to. If I ever go to Rapid City again I'm going to stay here for sure. No downsides, really. The room didn't have a fridge but I suppose I knew that going in.

Staff was friendly and easy to deal with. The only reason I would recommend this hotel is for the staff, otherwise I would stay elsewhere. Unfortunately my stay was during the Sturgis motorcycle rally so hotel prices were to high and the pool was way to cold. I would recommend staying if the pool was warmer and the carpeting in the rooms were steamed cleaned, the bottoms of my socks were black from walking around in the room.

I registered for my parents and my self and when we got there we were not able to change their rate to senior/aarp member rate. Supposidly I was suppose to do that on your website, but I do not remember a spot to mark that or indicate that. It would be nice if you guys would be able to work together so that we could make these minor adjustments.

Central to several tourist attractions. Friendly staff all extremely helpful. Stayed first 4 nights in the U.S. and so satisfied that booked for the last night in the U.S. prior to flying back to the U.K.
