Ich hatte ein Zimmer für 4 Personen gebucht (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder). Bekommen habe ich ein Zimmer mit einem Queens-Bett und einer beigestellten sehr kleinen Auszieh-Couch - viel zu klein. Eine Alternative war trotz Nachfrage nicht möglich. Wir mußten deshalb 3 Personen quer im Queens "schlafen", die dritte Person lag auf der Mini-Couch. Richtig schlafen war eigentlich nicht möglich! |

saubere zimmer personal könnte freuntlicher sein,leider nur plastic geschirr und besteck es könnte grössere früstücksauswahl geboten werden ,es gab fast nur süsses ,kuchen .toast &. marmelade |

I did have a different experience as am not sure where there was loss of communication.As I entered the hotel,the receptionist informed me I don't have a booking inspite of me showing the ref no,The recptionist informed booking .com has different ref no and they don't have ref from your site .I would be grateful if you could address the issue,please as it reflects your website and the hotel. |
