The receptionist was very efficient and fast in checking in porcedures Rooms are very small, Nobody was available to help in handling the luggage. the room next to me was having a big group of teenagers was misshaping all the night on the corridore and the hotel managment didn't take any action |

Pleasant but small room with no window but adequate facilities - in good striking distance for airport No windows in room, sink did not keep its water ie plug leaked, room was very small and in the basement |

when we arrived there, they did not received any booking from you, no room for us ,and change a small room for us, my father sleep on the sofa. no bus ,no train, only taxi can reach there. |

Shuttle service Exactly closing the services like breakfast with out taking care of the guests eventhough they are just at the door step. Hotel staffs were very particular about increasing the rates if days were extended. |

The nice Hispanic lady that smilled and gave me extra help. Pooja at the desk who lights up the desk when she is there. The newspapers available each morning. The Rube Goldberg coffee machine directly out of "Willie Wonka's Chocolate Factory.." All of the staff we helpful. I thought Days Inn was a great way to have a "home base" in NYC. It is close enough to JFK to make you feel secure about not missing your flight. |

The room was very clean, in excellent condition and much better value for money than the room I had at Days Inn Broadway NYC. The staff were helpful and polite. See above about my account. |

Comfortable and value for money Did get confusing directions from the hotel staff when we had called them up regarding the pick up. Another disadvantage is the fact that the drop to the airport is just by the hour which could limit your flexibility. However since i stayed overnight with an early morning flight, am not sure how accessible it is by the local transport. |
