I was shocked when my account was charged an extra $40.00. I understood final cost from booking to say total cost $205.76. When I called the hotel, the lady on duty was very rude and snappy. I would not stay there again, nor recommend it. |

nothing to like about the hotel the beds was old and warn out caused me to have back problelms. The workers stopped the elevators due to fixing the rooms on the floor and had to use the stairs to exit the building. |

I liked all the facilities in the room and a place for parking. I was upset when the hotel staff told me there was no queen bed non-smoking room. He said I should have called to make sure it's available. First he assigned me a room on the 3rd floor but it was already occupied. Then, he assigned a different room on the same floor but the card key didn't work. Finally, he gave me a double bed non-smoking on the 4th floor but I had to check out for a different room the next morning. I was glad that the next two nights I was able to stay in a non-smoking room because the smoking rooms on the 3rd floor really smell bad. |

Staff are friendly and helpful The location of hotel was isolated, you had to use taxis or the free shuttle to get to the subways. Need to be aware that prices quoted does not include tax - 14.5% !!!! |

Cleanliness and helpful staff In a room with a King-size bed - only a single chair was provided. No close-by restaurants to walk to. The only option was to ask for food delivery, but no table place for two people to sit and eat at.coming down to breakfast at the last half hour - many items were already gone, nothing was replenished. Only empty dishes remained to indicate a better variety. |

great place to stay for overnight stopover at JFK. Really close to airport. Rooms are nothing special, but fine for the price. Staff very helpful. Free internet is great. Not against the hotel itself, but be aware that the airport shuttle is only once an hour |

Staff were friendly. Driver of shuttle was very helpful and friendly. Thought hotel was very close to airport, but have to take Skytrain, then shuttle. Also, breakfast buffet is poor, coffee from machine was not drinkable. |

The receptionist was very efficient and fast in checking in porcedures Rooms are very small, Nobody was available to help in handling the luggage. the room next to me was having a big group of teenagers was misshaping all the night on the corridore and the hotel managment didn't take any action |
