The service people
The place was old, run Dow, and felt like it wasn't clean.
We stayed here the night before we left K.C. for Washington State. They took us to the airport early the next morning to catch our flight out. We left our car parked in their lot while we were away. Only charged us $5.00 a day to park. The airport wanted over $20.00 a day. A very nice deal with ghe hotel. We reserved a room for our return trip. We got in very late. Called the office and the van driver was there in just minutes. Very nice gentleman who picked us up and helped with bags without us asking. Beds were just fine. Rooms are not fancy, but were very clean. Quite area. Never heard a jet fly by, even being so close to the airport. If the need arises again. We would stay at this hotel again. A nice thumbs up from us.
We had no complaints at all.
Free wifi, free brakfast, quality of sleep
We had problems with the shuttle service and had to take a taxi
Breakfast was good (waffles, cereal, juices, oatmeal) Flat screen TV in room
Rooms are starting to look dated and old
Room had a funny smell
The staff was awesome! They took where we wanted to go. Loved the WW 1 museum. Really a quality museum with wonderful quality volunteers!
Need better breakfast options
We liked everything!!!
there was nothing to dislike!!!
Everything it was an awesome anniversary weekend...
The toilet in our room had pee all over it
Bedding - the mattresses were so soft and springs were sticking up into my body. I am an average size person of 180 lbs. This would be the most needy area of improvement.
The bed was soiled!!!! The management moved us to another room but failed to adjust billing! They just did not care!
Had to leave for airport at 4:40 AM to catch our plane and while breakfast isn't officially served til 5 John had it ready to go for us at 4:25 when we went to the lobby to check-out and catch the hotel shuttle (which he also drove)...
North of KC with easy HWY access. Decent WIFI. Desk girl was pleasant.
Decor is dated and some disrepair is evident. Lobby is cluttered. Breakfast area and options seemed an after thought.
The price of our room.
The place is kinda dingy not dirty really but a lil dingy.
Security was a joke. Back door had a card reader but it did not work. Anyone could come in. Old food found under edge of bed. (Cheese crackers with peanut butter) In the morning, a large spider was found on our young sons sleeping toy (in his bed!!) Breakfast was terrible - we choose to dine out.
We needed to park and fly they had no parking upsetting l had talked to them about parkingst when made reservation
The beds were just OK, if two people were in bed ,they probably would roll towards each other. The bathroom was horrendous - mould and mildew. The bathroom needs a total gutting and full renovation. Other than the bathroom, the value was very good.
Bed were comfortable and rooms were clean.....
The fridge didn't work and dryer broke... huge inconvenience
I was given a room that smelled like strong cat urine. I requested to be moved to a different room but the attendant couldn't give us another room and told us that the hotel is fully booked. My family ended up with allergies, coughing and running nose in the morning. Dirty hotel in general.
It was better then expected!
The internet lost connection was I was trying to submit something!
the beds were comfortable, the ac was good.
the "pool" was 4 feet at the deep end (I was wading)... the "intercontinental breakfast" was rather lackluster.
Location good, Rooms were ok.
