customer service was excellent, I had booked a non smoking room and was able to change for a smoking room with no problem at all, very quick and easy to communicate with staff

Close to Shopping

Halls smelled very bad Needs updating Bathroom had no drain cover, no fan. Mold spots showing. Towels smelled very smokey. Only room heat was a wall unit that didn't have climate control - had to keep turning it on and off. Breakfast was terrible - Milk for cereal was not cold - cereal stale and English Muffins weren't very fresh. Bed wasn't much.

No restroom located near breakfast area.

A dump the room was old smelly small . no service never again will we stop at this motel

Quiet and convenient location

room was very outdated, walls looked "beat up" - needs updates.

I really liked the location. For the price an over night stay was fantastic. They had a small breakfast in the am and that was just enough to get us by for the morning. The workers were very friendly and helpful. I would defenately stay again.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable and fairly well appointed.

The room could use some updating. The continental breakfast was very sparse,very limited food and not even decaf coffee!

The rooms were very out dated and in need of renovations. The pool area was closed and had not been cleaned.

I'm fairly certain that this hotel was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in!!

Price should be cheaper, this hotel is due for major renos.

The room smelled musty. The pool was not clean. The people next to our room smoked. The price was OUTRAGEOUS!!!!

On a ten day trip, staying in budget motels, this was the worst by far. The room was dingy, cramped, and in serious need of a makeover. The trim had fallen off the headboard. The continental breakfast was the worst. The staff did not have a map of the area, and didn't do a good job of giving directions. I have learned my lesson and will not stay at a Days Inn again.

We stay several times a year in Kittery for "Girl's Weekend Away"! Days Inn is conveniently located near the wonderful outlet shopping in Kittery, great restaurants, and nearby Ogunquit Playhouse! For those who want to wiggle their toes in the sand, there are many beautiful beaches within a short, scenic drive. If you are looking for a clean, inexpensive place to relax after a full day of shopping and fun, Day's Inn fits the bill. The friendly staff is a bonus!

The entryways to upstairs rooms need some sprucing up.

Our family have reserved for three (3) rooms. Here are my comments for all rooms. When we entered in, very strong odor (smoky and moldy odor). We have to turn on the Noisy AC. The bathroom were dirty. I found the supposed white towel was actually brown. Rooms were dirty, not vacuumed and only 2 towels (no hand towels). Have never stayed in a one star hotel of this quality - it was a little disgusting. Rooms should have been clean with sufficient towels. Over all, price were too much and places were dirty. It ruined our family's vacation

Got Nothing

Not much. First room was scary...second room not much better but also had to pay $50 more. Towels were old and dirty. Bathtub...hello definetly from the 70's!!!! Really not as presented on-line. Big disappointment. Wouldn't stay there again!!!

Nothing other Days Inn's that I have stay was the reason I selected Days Inn - was I surprised

1: No chain on the door - it had been busted off and not repaired 2: arrived the room was not cool, the a/c controls were in-op, at no time did the room become comfortable 3: sink drained very slow due / did not work 4: the smell this Days Inn set a new standard for customer sat - poor

cheated me out of money for an upgrade, which I paid for to begin with, but too tired to complain. The facility smelled like moth balls and poop. Bathroom had dead bugs on the floor.

Staff is friendly and hotel is clean.

Building very old and in need of repair...first room had broken sink and toilet, second room had a hair on the toilet seat...third room we requested was marginal, but it was already Sat. 5Pm ...we were afraid that other hotels would be booked on a sunny, beach weekend...I Thought about contacting Days Inn directly when we returned Sun night, but then I was busy with the work week...Your survey reminded me I should let someone know that the facility is not up to the Days in reputation for a moderately priced, but clean motel business.. The hallways were scuffed up and the two chairs in the front lobby were just plained stained with dirt!!
