The Lincoln Park area is wonderful, close enough to Downtown attractions without the extra cost. We were able to walk around even after dark with no problems. Good restaurants and many shops all within a block or two of Days Inn and the CTA metro station only 3 blocks away. Hotel staff extremely helpful and friendly.
All of the above
Very noisy but they supply earplugs!
Location. Easy to travel to city centre. Transport options excellent .Staff courteous & very helpfull
Bed was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE
Great location, great service, great amenities for a reasonable price.
While I did get a room on the "inner" side of the hotel, there was no guarantee of it-I'd prefer knowing what I'm getting. But again, my preference was honored. Size of rooms is just barely enough to maneuver around.
Excellent staff, breakfast included was appreciated. Excellent staff. Safe and well located location.
TV too small. Water pressure low in shower.
Nice neighbourhood, 5 minutes walk from the metro, very safe. Even nice bars around the hotel. Nice breakfast room Price/value
Small bed for two people
it's location to where we wanted to be. the valet parking. the room was a good size.
the closet door fell off but, was repaired immediately.
Refurbished rooms Big walk in closet Comfortable beds
Tube TV Continental breakfast (few options)
Loved our stay!!!!
Location is good.
I don't understand why a 3 stars hotel can be open without ventilation inside the restroom. The double bed was a 1,30 m bed
Quite close to the public transport. Easy access to the airport by just a bus ride and then subway.
Everything is too sweet for the breakfast.
good location for Wrigley Field
interior room - looking at brick walls for a "superior King Suit" I expected better
Close proximity to event we were attending
Staff was difficult to understand at times. Having to pay extra for parking my vehicle. I found a cheaper rate for my room, but they were not willing to match rates. Tv channel selection was horrible
The breakfast was dissatisfactory. Coffee terrible, muffins stale
The bed was excellent and I LOVED that I was able to get online and print my boarding pass for free using the computer and printer provided in the lobby. The internet works fine too. Breakfast was ok because we didn't spend an arm and a leg and we felt satisfied until lunch.
The bathroom has just what's necessary to clean up and that's about it.. the shower was a little poor. I thought the room was a little small too. Nothing really to say, "wow that was great"
Good location and great service. Good breakfast. Staff were courteous and very helpful.
Was a bit noisy a times due to other guests banging doors and talking loudly in corridors.
Nice room for price, updated TV, shower, valet parking & fitness room are great additions since my last stay. Also like continental breakfast.
Bed size...was only a full
Location was good. Staff friendly and helpful.
Booking says private car parking but it is actually public car park round the corner - not good for bikes. Rooms quite noisy.
Great value for the money. Came in to take my son to DePaul and it was a great location. Next to trader joes and a great little cafe. Great place to sit and people watch and have a glass of wine.
Smallest bathroom ever!
A gorgeous hotel with great links to all the main sights, loved it,
Nick behind the counter was very friendly, very knowledgeable. Would stay again becsuse of him.
