The only part I liked about the place is that the lights worked kinda
Oh boy where to start? Well I guess I'll start from when I first got there. When I got there they didn't have my name on file so I had to pay more for two nights! So the first room we got was disgusting! So when we first walked into the room the faucet was on and the lights didn't work they flickered so it was very very scary! The beds were all messed up and very very sticky! The walls had red stuff on them and the lamps had red stuff on them! So we went back to check in desk and demanded a new room! So we got a new room after waiting ten mins which wasn't a big deal, the second room was alright the floors were clean to the naked eye, the lights worked, and the tv worked kinda. The bathroom though was a wreck! The toilet didn't work right unless you giggled the handle really hard! The shower head had mold on it! Which is disgusting! And im pretty sure nothing in this hotel is up to code or it meets the minimum requirements for code. The room had no wifi even though in the description of the room it said it had wifi. The desk and desk chair were super sticky! The morning "Breakfast" was the worst example of a breakfast ever the bread was still in its packaging and looked moldy the coffee tasted like poop the fruit was old and moldy it was disgusting! I was so happy when I left that place! I want my money back!!
The price and the location were the only two positive things for this hotel.
We made a reservation and when we arrived they did not have it. They checked to see if one rooms heat was fixed and it was but the room was dirty so they asked us to return in an hour to check in, which makes it 8:30 pm. When we arrived the floor was not vacuumed, there was toothpaste all over the mirror and there were marks from cans being set on the nightstands. We did not have a remote for the television so I had to go back to the front desk to get one, I also noticed we had no alarm clock or iron in the room. When you walk to the lobby you take a hall with a vending machine and a door which had blood all over it. Also when we checked in we were not told what time breakfast is served. Since we got in late we wanted to extend our check out time to noon The clerk absolutely not the house keepers start their rooms at 11:00, so we checked out at 10:30 and the clerk told me that was behind the desk said aren't you the people who wanted check out at noon, I said yes and he stated the manager didn't go over that part but I found out you can, I told him it was to late now we already packed our bags and we are leaving and we will never stay at this hotel again!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANY ONE!!!
Where do I begin? I hated everything about this place. Utterly disgusting. Used my own linens and slept with one eye open. Room reeked of cigarettes in a non-smoking room. Flies everywhere.
It was right off of the interstate and halfway between 2 destinations I had.
The place was filthy. I had to ask them to clean the toilet in my room because there was urine all over it. The a/c unit poured a pool of water into rug and if you stepped near it it was like a sponge. There were cobwebs COVERING the windows, curtains, etc. I used a broom and cleaned myself. English is not easily spoken or understood by employees. The wi-fi had no signal at all either.
COnvenience to Rt 8, our destination. The price was right for what we got.
The bathroom looked like it had been bombed.
The microwave was broken, we reserved two beds and got one bed and a pull out couch, the bathroom light didn't always work and the room was smoking when I didn't want smoking
Bathroom tub had mold and hair in it. The sink faucet was dirty. There were no towels in the bathroom. Tried to call front desk but the phone in my room didn't work. When I went to get towels, they gave me two. I asked for two more and was told they only had one more. After leaving for the day, came back to my room, only to have the key card not working. I had to go back to the front desk to have my card reprogrammed.
Filthy. Door did not lock. Room was not cleaned. Linens and towels were filthy. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and tub. The dresser had crushed food inside of it. Was booked because of Twins Day and could not accommodate us with another room or even fix the door. There was a broken and stained computer chair in the room that was propped against the wall to keep it from even falling over.
The fact that the room was moist not clean felt damp and the bathroom was horrible
The guys at check in (after 10 pm) were great and tried to accomandate us. But, they had many rooms that weren't available, due to AC PROBLEMS, TV not working, door locks not working.
Booked on line, room double beds, took awhile because the reservation hadn't come through, they gave us a room, said they would make note on reservation when it came through. My family was exhausted, go to room #115, it only had one bed. I go back to front deck and they tried to find a room, had to give me a second room with one bed, we just needed to sleep, we had over 400 miles to get home next day. So some were put in #225. I got call from my daugther, it was very hot, AC NOT WORKING. I told her, I knew there were no more rooms, for them to just try and get some sleep. There was no AC in #115. Both rooms had some smells, with the heat made it not good. I couldn't sleep, I lay on top on covers, watching the sweat come to surface of my skin. About 3am I got in my van with AC, and sit there for 15 mins. Then drove around looking for a place to have breakfast. Got back to room around 4am. Body was cold from AC, lay on bed and did sleep for 3 hrs. Everyone felted bad, I tried to keep everyone calm. Went down to get breakfast, no pastries, donuts, just coffee, toast, juice, no bagels. The guy ask how our night was, I said horrible, neither room had AC. Didn't want to beat on him, talked to another guest who said they almost froze. My daughter did say the filter was very dirty, when she was trying to get cool. We did go to Crackel Barrel and had a great breakfast. Trying to forget that night of sleep. This was the third hotel on our trip, horrible to say the least. I travel with my company and I can say it was the worst night I have spent over the last 40yrs. I have told the story as people want to know about your vacation, they ask who was it, I tell them Days Inn, they are all surprised. I hope if this is read, we would be compensated, as the thing needed, SLEEP & REST WERE NOT GIVEN.
Staff seemed nice
Staff did not listen or did not understand what was asked of them. Asked for a room on first level he gave us a room on second level no explanation. Family of staff in lobby starred too much. Staff knocked on door at 9:30 then just walked in luckily I had inside bar on door but I was still half dressed. Every days inn I have gone to gives me the military discount except this one.
The door wouldn't lock.
Our room had the AC in the mid of the floor w a big hole in wall where it was supposed to be. They got us another room which was fine.
It was dirty and the staff seemed untrained.
Able to bring my pets! Thought the house keeping did not clean very well very dirty
I felt like I should sleep with my clothes and shoes on. Did not feel safe, amenities were non-existent (had coffee in the rooms but no coffee maker) ice machine was locked up down on the opposite end of the building. Only stayed one night
Dirty and there were wet towels hanging on bathroom door from previous guests!
I did not like anything. The microwave did not work. I was told that it would be fixed the next day , and it was not. It was never fixed. The shower curtine was molded. I had a no smoking room, that smelled like smoke. I will never stay there again. It was the worst motel that I ever stayed.
The facilities were in poor condition. Outlets not working, mold in bathroom. Burn holes in blankets. Cold coffee in morning
