The rooms and bathroom could use an upgrade. You can see the age of the hotel.
cheap! was close to tinker field
It was peaceful and quiet. It did serve our need for a quiet place to get some rest following our busy days of running around town as we attended a family reunion for an extended weekend! The rates from booking.com was quite pleasing as well.
The roaches that came running out that after investigation found several more under the mattresses in the bed frames with lots of cobwebs in both rooms. The one microwave provided in one of two rooms was totally dirty and badly stained. Not fit to use. The telephones did not work.
I booked on board booking.com on October 18th for a one night stay on October 28th for a total cost of $56 (including the tax and booking.com fee). When we arrived they said I didn't have a reservation, and tried to make me pay for a room that was $120/nt. I told them to investigate further and after constant denial, blame and a few phone calls to booking.com, they realized it was their mistake and had had booked me on the 20th instead. In the meantime I was checking my bank statement and had 3 charges from the hotel in total of around $300. They deny ever charging my card and said my bank made a mistake, after calling my bank and my bank saying that's not possible, they STILL won't give me my money back. We are definitely reporting them if we don't get this sorted out soon. DO NOT stay here. The manager talked in circles and nothing he was saying added up or made any sense, he kept saying he wanted to make it right but did nothing to try to do so. He did "comp" our night stay, but considering I already had $300 charged to my card, that wasn't a deal at all. He also said he was going to upgrade us to a king room and pool view and when we got to the room we were facing a building and the room looked like it still had someone living in it and hadnt been cleaned. If it were up to me I wouldve left right away but it was getting late and we had an event to go to. What a nightmare.
The friendliness of the staff. Jeff was more than accommodating & helpful answering all my questions!! Made me feel welcome & safe traveling alone.
The front desk staff ( Phillip) was very friendly and helpful he suggested some great places to eat and gave me a nice room,
On this trip I have no complaints other than I wished the TV had more channels
I want to say that Sunny Cahal was awesome and it is one of the reasons i will come back. Thank u for take your time and be sooo nice with me and guide to me in some many things. God bless u. the hotel is confortable but it is not good take the same breakfast every day. Marcelin also was a really good person with me. He help me when i need.
Rooms smells terrible, towels and beds are very dirty
- The staff is friendly - Rooms are OK - Price is excellent
- Terrible location: if you intend to go to Disney and the theme parks, don't come here or make sure you have a car. The hotel is located in Downtown Orlando, approximately 21 miles from the main parks. - Terrible location 2: the area is "shady", to say the least. I felt insecure around there on my stay. - WiFi: not functioning properly, maybe the staff can improve the routers and the network capabilities. Or grab yourself a coffee or whatever at a nearby McDonald's (0.3 miles south).
Poor cleaness, management rude with empoyees and guest, wifi never works.
I have stayed here on several occasions I never really had any problems with the rooms if you get a room you don't like just go ask to see another room. The front desk staff are usually pretty cold toward you, especially the males. Allway book online, the prices seem to change every hour. If you can get a room around $55 dollars its a good deal.
The front desk staff really gives you a poor impression of the motel. They seem annoyed that your there wanting a room and they have to deal with you!
Convenient to Universal studios and Holy Land Experience. Need more options for breakfast like bagels.
Need more breakfast options. No disney channel for the kids, no nickelodeon channels, change HBO to Starz because of inappropriate shows at night for children. Need ironing board and iron, who rents microvaves????
customer service was nice and there to please.
The people that work there
the service of front desk is really good.
no information about the transportation and attractions nearby.
The staff was very friendly.
All the dead cockroaches in my room also the floors were very dirty everything was dirty it appears that no one had cleaned the room they only made up the bed!
The staff was very helpful in showing me directions on the map to get to places I needed to go, and I did not have the use of my PC at that time. It's very close to the interstate, so easy on and off to go places quickly. At any time there was a problem brought to their attention, the staff was very genuine in their efforts to resolve. Most of the time it was quiet and it fit into my budget plans.
Need additional consideration of people with disabilities' needs, such as: (a) the height and size of the toilet for handicap accessibility; (b) proximity of handicap rooms to parking lot for easy in and out with luggage, etc.
The women at the reception was asking to much about the personal live. And she was also very annoying when I was asking about a way and was talking to my friend she was always interrupting.
The floor in the washroom is dirty and the air exit of the air condition is broken and dusty without cleaning in my bedroom (room 113） It was difficult for collecting wifi even in the bedroom or at the lobby
They had bed bugs
Every thing I will never book with you agin
The room reflects what i payed for.
Eugene, the front desk personnel for the night on march 18/2014 marred my mind, he displayed the most unfriendly and hideous customer service i ever had. For the two mornings the continental breakfast was largely carbohydrate.
The older woman who checked us in was very rude. We had asked to change our reservation and she maintained that we couldn't do that. Come to find, we were able to but by the time we learned this knowledge it was too late. So we were forced to stay another night. She was rude, crass and her manners were unbecoming of a person who is in the service industry. Thanks to her lack of knowledge, we were forced to stay in a hotel we didn't want to. The shower head was squirting the water in every direction but the actual tub so there was water everywhere. The toilet pump was broken. The tv made a loud humming sound and reflected green lighting. The mattress was loaded with stains which was disgusting. NEVER AGAIN!
The location was pretty much convinient close almost everything and easy to find, also the manager was super nice and also the lady in the fronddesk in the morning, breakfast was pretty good as well
the lady that clean the room threw away some personal stuffs!
