location was good, at quiet end of strip; breakfast was good with exception of no tea available despite several guests asking for it on successive days.
staff seemed untrained in people skills. when asked about something e.g. my remote did not work for the TV, they just shrugged it off instead of apologizing and doing something about it; there were lots of little bugs roaming the bathroom floor-yuck
The room was clean and spacious, the staff were friendly and the location was really convenient to what I wanted to do in Moab!
The hotel looked a little run down but overall it was a very good place to stay
Location, and restaurant the staff recommended was close by and excellent.
Pillows were too big for me but bed very comfy
a simple and nice motel to stay. the hot tub was cool and opened until 10 pm. Swimming pool not heated in winter times.
breakfast was nothing extraordinary.
First room tv did not work,no maintenance on site.
Great location for arches and canyonlands national parks
Much to choose from for breakfast, only no tea bags! Hottub (indoors) open 10am-10pm, and not closed for the season as many other hotels in Moab (end of October). Fridge and coffee maker in room.
Expected a little more for the price; carpet in hallway and decor old and run down, staff not overly service minded, needs better lighting in parking lot for safety.
I really did like the location, and the room had good amenities for the price. We did like the hot tub (especially since the jets were working). Good breakfast choices, and liked the idea of a room to go into. Availability of a washer & dryer was a plus.
The refrigerator was NOISY...it made a wooshing sound like a windstorm whenever the compressor turned on. The hot tub, though nice, was way too hot! It needed to be turned down several degrees. Towels should be replenished and a shower in the area to rinse off chlorine (I itch when I have it on my body too long) would also have been nice, but not a necessity. Our keys needed to be "recharged" whenever we returned to our room at night. :(
Location is at one end of the town which is closer to Arches National Park. However, with a car, it was still convenient to go grocery shopping or restaurant.
When my neighbor took a shower or flushed the toilet, the sound cames through loud and clear with the plumbing noise along with it. This woke me up every time and kept me awake while my neighbor takes his or her shower.
So much to like about Days Inn! Fridge and microwave in the room, I never ate out. It's on the edge of town closest to Arches and Canyonlands (Island in the Sky) so you don't have to drive through town every time you want to go somewhere. I always had the hot tub and pool all to myself. Wifi was reliable. Breakfast had just enough options (including healthy options) and staff were responsive whenever I needed anything. I would happily stay there again anytime.
The only annoying thing was that the TV remote channel up/down buttons didn't work.
Days Inn has a great location close to choice of restaurants, shops. Daily maid service excellent --clean, odor free, comfortable room.
Monthly cleaning needs attention to extract dead critters from ceiling light fixture, window cleaning/maintenance.
Moab, UT, this is the worst Days Inn we had ever stayed. We were so upset about front desk staff, not friendly with cold and long face. They cooked at night with burned food; we couldn’t sleep with the heavy burned smell on the 2nd floor. We had to go the front desk to complain. The manager didn’t say sorry but gave us a very bad attitude.
Close to the national park. Breakfast is good.
Air conditioner is noisy. Wifi is slow. Over price.
Clean and comfortable.
Poolside furniture dumpy, odds and ends. Desk staff very slow to respond to ask for assist with cable T.V. Kept insisting we were doing something wrong and took almost 3 hours to send an employee to our room and indeed, it was an issue only they could fix and had nothing to with us.
Room was clean and smelled good. Breakfast was more than I expected. I enjoyed the biscuits and gravy while my husband enjoyed the waffles. The indoor hot tub was a bonus. We took advantage of it both nights after hiking in Arches and Canyonlands!
The property is old but seems in good repair. The towels were very small! The breakfast room is very tiny and crowded!
Walking distance to lots of restaurants Breakfast included
Bathroom wasn't that clean (hair from previous guest in shower and around sink)
Stuff is not polite. We had an issue with the booking and they asked us to solve it instead to do it themselves.
The beds were soft and pillows ensured a sound sleep.
Disinfectant smell very strong in room on arrival. Breakfast room too small, juice machine not working.
Breakfast was poor quality and room was messy. The hallways were dirty and so were the windows. The maintenance staff hung around the front desk.
Room was OK.
Service very poor.
The lady at the front desk was not accommodating at all during the check in.the facilities are old.
After staying out all night to capture sunrise photos, the staff here worked hard to get me in my room well before the normal check in time... Great staff.
The water pipes are quiet noisy when you're neighbor takes showers or uses the sinks.
Screwed up our reservation, acted annoyed when I pointed it out, and refused to fix it. Uncaring and rude personnel who plainly hate their work. Also, room was right next to breakfast area, making any sleep past 6am impossible. Staff didn't care about that, either. Don't stay here!
