They did give us a discount on our room. Would not stay their again. The door lock got stuck and we could not get into our room. In the morning we had no hot water. I called front desk computer showed the room was empty. She did get us hot water. I could not use the internet until 9pm, would not let me on.

Oatmeal,and yogurt for breakfast. The only thing that felt like home. Nice Continental breakfast,minus the "rotten" fresh fruit. Suppose to have Wifi service,never did get.Daytime Staff wasn't helpful in assisting me either. Your night person did offer for me to use the comptr in lobby,however still wasnt able to get my info. She reeks of smoke. To a non smoker,this was offensive. The freshfruit offered for Breakfast was 3 rotten apples. I was so embarrassed I placed them on the check in counter. The next day it was fresh bananas,however not enough for all the people in the lobby. The hallways had standing puddles of water on top of the carpet.That much moisture, there has to be mold in the summer time.If I had to stay overnight for early flight,Might stay just to have a bed...would be embarrassed to rec. to a friend.

Bed was comfortable, pillows were great, not usually found in a hotel.It was clean, breakfast was nice. Price for the animals was real pricey, never had to pay before that is why they are called dog friendly. Other wise no complant at all.

My husband had surgery and it was close to the hospital. Had a good breakfast and lots to choose from. The night clerk was out having a smoke when I got there and had to wait for her to come back in and the side doors of the building where you come in at to go to your room are not locked at night and I beleive that should be taken care of and then use your room key to get in.

Very quiet, considering it is right across from the airport. Clean and had a very comfortable bed. Really in need of updating, such as a Flat Screen TV, new carpet, bathrooms are not nice at all, really need to replace old tiles, flooring etc., although was clean considering the age.

next to airport.i was able to watch the planes take off. (i have loved that since i was a kid) the breakfast was good. the carpets are filthy you can smell the dirt.

convenient location to where I wanted to go Large area of carpet in hallway was soaked and actually had standing water in it Room thermostat was set to 80degs with heat turned on, very uncomfortable until we were able to cool it off some Room had a musty smell to it, perhaps because of wet spot or perhaps because the temp control was set so high Very small bathroom space

Location Friendly staff Value The beds were confortable The air conditioner in our room had a funny smell. I'm allergic to mold and sneezed and had a runny nose our entire stay - air conditioner units need to be checked regularly. Housekeeping should have detected the smell and problem when cleaning the room. Drain in tub was slow causing water to back up. One of the Ice makers was broken. Very weak continental breakfast even when compared with other Days Inns. Needs to have a little more variety.

The Hotel was close to shopping and eating but the hotel was not busy at all kind of scary since the hotel is so big. The rooms need to be updated but if you are just staying for two or three days it’s not that bad.
