Location, helpful staff, price

The location w\is correct for visiting our family. I recommend the Inn to other familymembes.

Clean, comfortable, bright and good located. Walking distance from all the restaurants and shops.

The room are big and well furnished

Breakfast doesn't present a wide choice

Front desk was very rude and disrespectful. Front desk was not helpful. Black mold on faucet handle in the shower. Loud noises coming from a utility room next to our room late in to the evening.

We appreciated the location - handy to everything, but quiet. The young lady who checked us in has a good grasp of customer service - she made sure we were comfortable and had excellent restaurant recommendations for us to consider. Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable furniture. We'd certainly consider staying here again.

While the furniture had been updated, the facilities are starting to look a bit tired.

They explained to me that they were understaffed... Because of that we were not able to check in until almost 5pm. We had problems receiving a tv signal, instead of handling the problems themself they asked me to try and make the connection. I was able to recieve some channels, but very few and none of the major networks. The light switch for the entryway and bathroom sink did not work. We paid extra for a room with a view of the ocean but our room had a very limited view. We asked for one of the rooms down from ours with a better view but were told they did not have a calbe connection.

The size of the room was good

The noise of the plumbing was very loud and disrupted sleep every night.

The staff was helpful and friendly, we had a great stay. Thank you!

Room was super clean. Bed was super comfortable. It was just right for my family as we had no plans to actually hang out in the room. Easy access to beach and shops.

Breakfast room was very small. Our neighbors above us were very noisy. Sounded like there was a wrestling match going on above us. Patio view was not really a view, it was the backside of another hotel.

Beautiful large room with lovely view of the rock.

Bed was comfortable, room clean, near Cannery Row, quiet first night, convenient checkout time

Unfortunately, our second night was interrupted around 3 a.m. by 3 drunk, arguing men. It took a while for the owner/manager to appear after being called, but the police finally took the 3 rowdies to jail for the rest of the night.

The view in the room was great. Great places to eat, and shop. Very relaxing

Very comfortable beds, large room, extremely helpful staff. My dog also had a great time and it was very pet friendly. Excellent proximity to bay and all the amenities.

Situated on busy intersection, so road noise was distracting. I use ear plugs to sleep so it did not bother me in that way. I stayed during a holiday weekend, so price was more than expected.

Too expensive for what it is, it is a good 'budget' hotel at 4 star prices

Everything! Friendly, helpful and great pice.

Can't think of one thing worth mentioning.

Staff worked to get us an early breakfast on first day of Bird Festival so we could start on time.

Heater in room clanged when it went on and woke us up

We've stayed many times at Days in , It's very clean and located perfect walking distance to everywhere we want to go , Remodled looks great. We love staying here.

The only thing this time we kept hearing the pipes banging.

Good location, close to the harbour and the main attractions. The room were clean and neat . Good for a simple stay over

Friendly staff, great location (taco de mexico across the street is really good), room is a good size and very comfy and clean.

The continental breakfast was by far the weirdest I have had, and the coffee was horrible (there and in the room). We got the room with an "ocean view" but it isn't worth the extra money. Can't really see anything.

I reserved the room with two queen beds and an ocean view room. I did this 2 hours before arriving. They told me they did not have an ocean view available THEN gave an ocean view to the next person who checked in while I was still standing there. I got to my room and found one king bed. I went back to the office and was told there was oohing else available and my kids could sleep on the floor. Disgusted wasn't the word. They refused to give me my $ back saying I booked it through the booking.com site so they couldn't help me. They said all this with a smile on their face. I called the reservations line only to be told i past the cancellation deadline. Booking.com customer service was closed because it was after 8 central time. Eventually a manager for reservations came on the line and said they would credit it this one time, but never again with out the 72 hour notice. They don't have to worry, I'll never use them again or stay at a best western ever!

Everything went horrible from the moment I arrived til I left!

Clean, Convenient and Comfortable. The room was good size with a small entrance foyer which also included the bathroom area. There was also enough space in the room for a small table with 2 comfortable chairs.
