The staff here was great.
The room was not very clean.
Staff was very accommodating. Very bright interior. Excellent location. Room was clean.
Cold pool so couldn't swim. Hot tub broken. Broken light fixture in room and bulb that needed to be replaced. Paper stuck in peep hole. Stains on carpet in hallway.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the hotel is in a good location. We usually stay every year at the same time.
We were looking forward to the hot tub and it was broken and appeared to have been out of order for some time. This would have been good to know. My girlfriends and I come for a relaxing weekend together and we may have chosen another hotel knowing the hot tub was out of order this year.
It was close to interstate and local dining.
To be called a suite it was pretty small.
The people up front were good. The lobby was nice.
The room was dirty, bathroom dirty. The beds were very uncomfortable! It was way over priced for what we received! We had other team members that paid less for nicer rooms in other hotels. I thought I was getting a good deal at 85$ plus tax and fees of course but I was mistaken!
Size of room, bright colors, comfortable bed, internet access, parkingfree and convenient and easy to locate.
Breakfast selection could be improved.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
The pool was closed.
The front desk staff did what they could to help us but were limited
The website through booking.com showed that the pool was in good working order just to find it was not. The hallways were hot, the elevator broke down and the cleaning staff couldn't communicate because they don't speak English and went in our room when we asked them not yo after keying in without knocking early in the morning. It was a poor excuse of a stay. Our children went twice for breakfast to find the cold items warm as they weren't iced down, bread hard and limited options. Should not have been reopened yet as it was not done yet.
Convenience to sites of interest. Reasonably priced. Comfortable room.
Dirty hallway carpeting. Pool, business office, gym - not available.
Extremely hot and didn't have the room I book when we got there
Staff was very nice. Rooms were clean. Very pleased with stay.
It was a very spacious suite.
The pool was being renovated. My children would of been happier if they could of been able to swim.
The bed was extremely comfortable. I have bad back problems and it had been a long time since I slept that good.
Some members of the staff weren't very informed of the amenities.
We wanted an indoor pool.
Pool area chairs were dirty. Wallpaper in the rooms had stains and was dirty. Paint would be better. For breakfast when we asked for more syrup, the big jug was just set out, they did not refill.
Shower did not work properly. Toilet did not work properly
Great price & very convenient to highway, food & shopping.
Heat/cool temp control didn't have thermostat to set by degrees to desired comfort level.
the price the cleaness the staff my room was ready when I check in and everbody had a smile on there face.
the breakfast was not good
I was kept awake by a bunch of noise from kids playing around all morning. I made 3 complaints to the front desk and it didn't help. I only got 3 hours of sleep. I was suppose to get a call from the manager on Nov 4 to discuss a credit or refund. It is now Nov 7 and I have not received a call yet. We checked out 2 days early!!! I will never stay there again!!!! For sure not worth $130.
Staff was friendly & helpful. Hotel was in a safe area.
The room was not clean. The box spring was filthy. The bathroom was a disaster. Blood splatters on the wall, peeling wall paper and a broken fixture in the shower. The breakfast was unacceptable compared to other hotels. No fresh fruit, disgusting batter in disposal cups for waffles or pancakes, weak coffee.
They did not have my confirmed reservation price at check in. It was adjusted. Also, continental breakfast was dissapointing.
Everything. Did not have breakfast either time we've stayed so cannot comment on it.
Not there long enough to dislike anything. We stayed there in July 2013 and were familiar with the Inn.
The amenities of an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub were great. Shopping areas close, local restaurants were great. There is a lot to see Pioneer Village, Civil War sights, local crafts and family-friendly activities.
That we didn't have more time to spend in the area.
We chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool for my toddler to work off some energy after 12 hours in the car.
Hotel was very run down, carpet was very dirty and damp - turned my feet black, the entire hotel had a musty, wet-basement smell. The hotel was so dirty that I didn't want to sleep there, but it was late and we were tired.
The room was large enough to more around easily in. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was close to where we needed to be and easy to get to.
The hall going to the room was hot and stuffy. The smell of the the pool chemicals while walking down the hall was bad. The chair in the room was broken and was not repaired very well.
Rooms were very dirty. Carpets not cleaned in ages Lots of marks on walls No breakfast food left with an hour and half left
