I liked that it was conveniently located right off the highway (that is key) - it was clean as a whistle and very comfortable all the way around.

It's a very decent hotel for a night venture out. The towers desperately need to be replaced. They looked like they have been around a long time !! I wish some of the selfish and uneducated guests have a little consideration for other guests and not slamming their doors !! Perhaps, they need to be told as that's what they are used to at home.

We liked the breakfast and lobby staff. Employees were very accommodating. Room was pretty run down. Hotel needs some updating. Very uncomfortable mattress, hard pillows and heater was extremely noisy.

I did not like our room location,with just a small amount of guests, our room 132 had a view of a wall and spicket?? Also a needle for sewing was on floor between beds, could have been painful.At 10;03 breakfast door locked..Why bothering offering breakfast.also over priced soda

Nice room for the price clean for the most part. Near attractions and restaurants Asked for smoking room, gave us non-smoking,had to move us to another room. Only elevator was in the lobby which was far from room.

The shower..... I did not like the fact that I did not get a fridge in my room as stated on my reservation form. I did not like the fact that the toasters did not work and that the replenishment for breakfast was not prompt. I did not like the lack of convenient parking.

When we went to the breakfast there was nothing left on the buffet. We ended going out for breakfast. There was also no coffe left.

Convenience to where we wanted to go as well as the value. The staff was fantastic too.... When we got to our room, it was cold, no big deal, but smelled rather musty.....the hallway smelled so fresh though.....I Mentioned this to the front desk clerk at check out...

Front desk clerk told me he couldn't accept booking buddy. I had to challenge him and tell him I already paid & had a confirmation #. No lights, no generator.

Very pleasant stay. Returned for a 2nd stay in a week. Good value for money. Would recommend it to others unless they want to be right in Mystic. Breakfast was about average; not as good as the Day's Inn at Alexandria. No towel bars in the sink area ergo, had to get towels from the bathroom. A minor nuisance but it annoyed my wife.

close to the Aquarium, price was good two large dead bugs on the ac unit when we arrived on Friday, still there when we left on Sunday. Sink outside the bathroom.
