We were able to park just outside our room every night. The surrounding area in the back of the hotel was a nice area to walk. We saw many deer on our daily walks. The free breakfasts included cereals, toast and waffles. The housekeeping staff was friendly and efficient.
Location, check in process
Size of toilet- if it were any smaller you would have to take a dump standing up. Cleanliness- not clean at all. Hair all over the towels and bed. Dust all over the room.
I liked the great customer service. Friendliness Location We added an extra day to our trip and it was hassle free
The beds were a little hard but nothing bad
Located close to Yosemite and easy to locate. The staff was courteous and helpful.
Noise from room above. More insulation might help. The top bed sheet was not tucked in and therefore it moved around sometimes leaving one of us uncovered.
The location and the staff
The bed was pretty hard and the room was fairly warm
Liked the shower ameneties, the towels etc.and soap were nice. Could use more towels. The sheets were not fitted. Otherwise they were starched clean and nice. Theroom really was overall quite confortable and nice. The staff were friendly. :)
Generally there was dirt and it could have been cleaned better. Hair from another guest still on the floor of the bathroom. This kind of thing is a turn off. Care is not taken to make sure the coffee basket is stocked, etc. Its like these details are not important somhow to whoever is doing the work.
Some staff not very friendly Bed Bugs!
Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.
Friendly staff. Good location.
Room was a bit run down, with runs in the carpet and a small area of mold in the bathroom.
Light switch not working, furniture had dents and chips. If you wanted an extra towel you had to fetch it yourself as they said they couldn't leave the front desk to bring it to you. Rooms had no ventilation. Breakfast food was terrible, cheapest food possible. Most guests only ate there once
Location, Free parking, Large rooms,
Poor breakfast, Little noisy
Location Convenience Price
Did not get the room I paid for. Some of the cleaning staff were rude.
Easy to locate. Comfortable.
Nicely situated as a gateway to Yosemite National Park. Comfortable rooms.
Multi level with no elevator makes it difficult for the older traveller. Disjointed car parking locations.
the service was excellent, the room was always very welled cleaned
having to climb stairs to get to our floor
Very good value for money.
Breakfast quite basic
position near Yosemite was good and shops and restaurants nearby
Bedroom furnishing very dirty and shaby,in fact the place needs and good clean.
It was clean except for one bed. It had stains and hair between the sheets. We felt it had probably been used and missed getting clean sheets. It was not bad enough to call anyone about.
The dirty sheet and the lack of fruit or low sugar items on the breakfast menu. There was nothing on the bar that diabetics could eat. It was all breads and sugars.
breakfast not up to par and very small room, people sat with food in their laps in lobby
Coffee maker and microwave oven in the room, spacious bathroom, good and comfy bed.
It is a 80 min drive from Yosemite Valley through the South entrance. Breakfast is only carbs that is a bit disappointing for the not cheap room rates.
Continental breakfast had good variety, entire property clean, maid service great, front desk staff friendly and helpful( esp. Julie!!) I'd stay here again.
A bit of a drive to Yosemite, but the alternative was paying much higher price in the park!!!! Love the town, people were so friendly.
Desk Clerk Julie was excellent and very helpful.
The place was a bit worn. It was clean but tired. Never been a big fan of grey towels. Breakfast was weak but we were late in the period it was open. No fruit, no yogurt and 2 of the 4 or 5 cereal selections were empty.
the staircase leading up to the second floor had dirty carpet and smelled like urine. The carpet in the room looked very old. there was mold in the corners of the shower.
