I liked the location of the hotel and eae of locating it.

I did not like the courtesy and care extended by hotel staff and the reception. They were very curt and tried to impress as if they are obliging even providing a dental kit which was of substandard level and there was no water jug or moisteriser provided as an utility.

I like the location, I am from the area and now live in Philadelphia so on my days off I like to come up and get a room somewhere in that area.

I have stayed 2 times with you and I dont think there will be a third. The room we got was on the second floor main entrance side, we were literally right above the front entrance, there was a very loud group of guest that were smoking and hanging right outside the entrace, with the weather being beautiful we had our window open which do to the smoke and noise we had to close it. Still that didnt help their loud voices from annoying us. About 12 am we had a cockroach crawl on our end table over the tissues, as I tried to get it another on came out from behind the end table. I called down to the front desk and explained that we had 2 roachs in our room and I requested another one. The gentleman at the front desk was not very sympathetic and said ahh well these things happen, and was not very happy about having to give us a new room. I work for a very well known hotel chain in the city of Philadelphia and yes these things do happen here, except we have banquets and 2 restaurants in it, with all the food and kitchens its a common thing to have roachs to an extent, but still not in our rooms! Your hotel has no food serverd and your not in the city, that should be a bug free hotel. So needless to say when I come up this Thursday and book a room from Thursday through Saturday it will not be with you.

The carpet smelled very bad! There was holes in my blanket.

The location was close to New York (site-seeing).

The cleaning staff came to our room @ 10am to clean to room. My husband and I were not ready to leave out at that time, so we asked her to come back later. As we were leaving out @ 12noon, I saw her in the hallway and asked if she could put clean linen in our room (206), her reply was "I already cleaned that end and I'm not going back". Wow, I was shocked.....customer service was poor at this location. We didn't get our room clean or trash dumped until the next day.

Requested first floor room because I am disabled and can't easily walk up stairs and there is no elevator. The hallways are very long. Moved to 1st floor room (last available) the next day. Room smelled foul. It was sprayed but the small came back. The tv should have been dumped long ago. The picture was dark abd blurry and then a black box dominated the screen. My room was changed again. This one was better bur at the end of the long hall. I was told I could use the entrance at the side, next to my room but my card would not open it and yhough it was to be open (they said) during the day. It wasn't so each time I had to go to the breakfast room to warm something up I had to take the long walk. I should never have been stuck in that 2ns room. I asked for some consideration but these cheapskates and poor excuses for management (they are Indian) argued that "they changed my room didn't they". I will not let it go. I will contact corporate on Tuesday even though I might stay another night. I am homeless and I have nowhere to go. Another thing. They do not fix ANYTHING that is broken or restock things in room. First night I had 3 tissues in room. No icebucket was fould nor was one available. No soap in room either. Next night you know. 3rd night, new room, room light broken. Requested repair, none done) Mant people have been complaining. If I don't get some consideration for at least a free night after the 4 I paif for, I will call my credit card company and dispute the charges. I will also email every travel site with the above info. I wonder if they really care. As a businessman myself I know that you have to pay attention to your clients or next time they go elsewhere. Maybe they are real cocky because the hurricane gave them so many new clients. Too bad. You should post more info about these hotels and save sustomers the grief.

Clean , No bad smells. Convenient for getting in to New York. Breakfast was more than adequate.. I would strongly recommend this motel!

I did not like nothing about days inn. It was extremely dirty and had a rotten odour. The staff was extremely rude, and disrespectful. It is a bad place to stay. I ended up not staying there for that one night, and had to look for other accommodations. Is there anyway I can get my money back from this Hotel?

I did not like anything about his terrible hotel. Please take it off your list. It is really in bad shape. I moved to another hotel, because it was so bad. Is there anyway I can get my money back for that one night, after all I did not sleep there. The staff were so rude, and nasty it was sad experience for me. Please write me back in regards to this hotel.

The smell in the room

The Internet was very fast indeed. Access from route 1 was very easy. Room had 2 doubles and a sofa bed. Massage shower

The place had damp smell. TV in room was old cathode ray type. Breakfast room was tiny. Under bedside table and inside of sofa bed needed cleaning. No safe. Very limited info in room services book.

El señor gerente dinesh quien nos atendio fue grosero, no tomo la reservacion de booking y nos toco pagar el valor independiente fue muy desatento y arbitrario, nos quedamos alli por la necesidad.

liegt sehr gut zu woodbride mall, jersey garden mall ist schnell zu erreichen. englishtown = großer flohmarkt immer sonntag ist auch in reichweite. sports authority ist nebenan.

als ich noch einen tag länger blieb war nach meiner rückkehr das zimmer nicht mehr zu öffnen, obwohl alle angaben wie z.b. kreditkatennummer vorlagen. der hotelmanager wurde erst dann wieder freundlich als ich die bezahlung getätigt hatte. zwichenzeitlich wurde ich merkwürdig behandelt.

Registrace byla na mé jméno, ale v hotelu bylo uvedeno manželovo, který registraci zaručil kreditní kartou. Po příchodu nám řekli, že registrace není platná a nemají již volný žádný pokoj. Ještěže nás to napadlo a vrátili jsme se.

Le déjeuner était correct et le personnel a bien répondu à mes questions, allant même sur le net pour me donner la météo.

La chambre était malpropre, il y avait des cheveux dans le bain et les murs et ventilateur très sale. De vieus papiers sous les meubles

The staff answers back at you.. Its an economical stay and that's the only reason we can near their tempers. Quality of employees is poor.

I didn't like anything in this hotel thank god I only stay for one night..when I get there I have to wait 30 minutes because my room wasn't even ready which I thought was unprofessional specially I book my room 4 days earlier the bathroom was very dirty need a good upgrade in this place...I Will not recommend this place to any friends and family member
